The management for Panda (across from Sushi Express) in the same food court, is same. If one gets crowded, you can see help running from the other location. Today I ordered Spicy Sushi Sampler (12 pieces of 3 varieties) for lunch (to-go). I didn't want California rolls (part of the sampler), so I tried to convince the lady taking the order, to give me 6 pieces of the other 2 varieties. She refused. I didn't find them flexible.
