On top of all this, the food was absolutely delicious! During the planning process, Jim was kind and accommodating - all in all, a delight to work with. In addition to phone calls and emails, he came out to our venue multiple times to ensure that a plan was in place and that all city requirements were met. The only area which could have been improved was speeding up throughput through the buffet by making it double-sided. However, with the otherwise exceptional service from Jim and his team as well as the fantastic food, they are very deserving of a 5-star rating!

When we send out the invitation one of the first questions that are asked is "are we getting food from Tex's?" The staff are so polite, accommodating, and easy to work with. I am excited to use them each year for annual outings, but their food is so delicious and they make me want to host parties of my own with them on the grill. CANNOT recommend highly enough
