I worked with Miles the most and Paul would chime in as necessary. Miles was completely honest about their timeline (which was a little longer than I'd hoped) and kept me up to date about when his team would be out to do the work. He educated me on the process and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed. Miles also made suggestions in order to prevent us from having unnecessary work done.
