Amazing customer service always. I dealt with Chris at the front desk, and he made sure my issue was resolved. Thanks so much!

Today, I phoned them up to see if they had a car that I needed parts from . They informed me that they had one single car, which was the exact model/trim I was looking for. I drove an hour to get there and upon arrival, confirmed again with the guy behind the counter that the car was there before I payed their yard access fee. He told me it was indeed there and then told me the location in the yard where I could find it. I payed the fee, entered the yard, and proceeded to walk around for twenty minutes looking for the car, without success. I also stepped in a large puddle and soaked my foot right through. I returned to the counter and asked the guy again to confirm where in the lot the car was located. Yes, I was looking in the correct area. Then, another guy who overheard the conversation said that they had "pulled" the car, which meant that it was already gone. The first guy just shrugged his shoulders and ignored me from that point onwards. I was not offered a refund of my yard fee. I spent the drive home stuck in stop-and-go rush hour traffic, cursing that place and its employees and thinking of my soaking wet foot. An entire afternoon was wasted thanks to these morons, in addition to the yard fee, not getting the parts i needed, and gas money there and back.

Its an auto wrecker & it could be dangerous but its also an afternoon of adventure & bargain hunting especially on their half price weekends that they sometimes advertise on the radio. Im not a mechanic so I m not going to yank an engine or transmission to put in my vehicle but more innate parts like body parts seats tires I can tell its quality & I could save some money by purchasing it here over the dealer or after market supplier. I took one star off for them charging a buck per person even for my wife who doesnt do anything but ask me questions & bring me a wheel barrow for me to haul my finds. Its much more neatly organized & the ground has gravel & not mud. And like the old days I show them my tool bag even though I dont have to just out of habit when I use to come to all the wreckers on scott road. Lots of fun & nostalgia for me plus its cheaper than a movie.

(sorry, but guys don't care for a womans opinion, its like a guy telling a chic what kind of purse to buy) The guys that even work there, think they got it figured all out, they are retail staff and have a bad attitude. They think that they have degree in auto mechanics when they get paid a few peanuts to scroll on a computer, clicking on links to order parts. I have been a customer at Napa for a VERY long time. I happened to stumbled in this store since I was in the area, and I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE. these people are a joke. As a matter of fact, there customer service was so poor, I will be reporting them to head office, and further my actions. No need to treat a customer like the dirt on the floor, go get a job flippin burgers if you cant deal with the heat. i wont ever go back to this location. the people are really pathetic.

I was looking to purchase a vehicle, but I wasn't in any rush to make any big purchases. I was just on the market, exploring options to help boost my credit score. Of all the places I was in talks with at the time to work out a deal towards financing a car. This was the last place I had any interest in visiting? Maybe I should have just followed my instincts? I unfortunately got a call randomly from a sales rep (R. Sanchez) and who ended up in talks with me, whom also convinced me to visit the establishment he works at asap. My first impression of this person was not great. I already have a vehicle, and the only reason I opted into financing another vehicle was to help my credit. There was no other reason behind it. I also explained that to them before going in for my first initial visit as I was in talks with other dealerships. On arrival, I met Mr. R Sanchez, who greeted me and took me to his office inside the main building which wasnt actually his real office, but just in an attempt to make himself look good and close the deal fast. In the process, he had somehow lured me into multiple credit checks again and when I had already stated that I'm just looking and I had no intentions of rushing into anything. Just wanted to see the selection of vehicles they had in the lot and see if there was anything of interest before discussing anything further. He told me that with the info he gathered off me, that it would be a soft check and wouldnt effect anything? That was obviously a lie. The very first vehicle they presented me with just came in and was completely dirty from front to back, inside and out! It wasn't even cleaned or washed, but they were quick to rush me into a test drive? Once I refused and said I'll think about it in order to escape. I ended up finding out that they had run three more credit checks on me at the time and never bothered getting back to me after the first initial visit? So I called Mr. SANCHEZ back to complain and ask why they never got back to me and why they would treat a potential customer like this and I demanded an explanation on the multiple credit inquiries without my consent and presenting a dirty used vehicle in the end. He just forwarded me to his manager, CHRIS, "The Special Finance Manager." Now, this guy really knows how to talk and try to put one on you. He explained that it was unfortunate that the experience I recieved was bad and that it never would have happened under his watch. He said that the person I had dealt with was novice, followed by an apology and an attempt to try and make things right? Now he starts saying that even though the credit checks were a mistake, it would still come up as a high risk on my report due to the multiple unauthorized inquiries? So after an hour of arguing, he persuaded me to give it another go and that he'd be working with me personally, and help boost my credit and put me behind a vehicle that fits my budget. Man, was that ever a bad idea, and I should have picked up on all the red flags and left while I had the chance. After agreeing to come back to the dealership to look at the next selection of vehicle options, I found out that they were a sub division department in the office next to the primary dealership office. When I arrived, he threw me a set of keys and pushed me out the door to go find the car on my own, and basically made me walk around the parking lot for 20 minutes with no success. Really bad service and even the sales reps with the primary dealership working in the lot even took notice and told me how unprofessional the sub division department is. These two sleezy car salesmen I had the privilege of dealing with are manipulative, and manipulated their way into bringing me into their sales scheme. I almost ended up becoming a victim to their plot but still came out with a substantial credit score reduction from multiple unautorized credit inquiries, just to never hear back from them again? Although they promised to make things right and make up for the mismanagement, My second visit was once again a complete waste of time. I ended up going back there just to see the remaining options because I was handcuffed into trying to make up for unautirized credit inquiries made by these unprofessionals. They never even got back to me after, and communication flat lined once again. I have several credit inquiries now in my credit report from this place and got nothing from it in the end. There is no common courtesy here, and just an overall poor customer service experience. Not even a single text message from them regarding my interest to still continue after being forced back in by them? Just to be clear, none of the other dealerships that I was in talks with at the time presented any issues like this place did. They were actually a lot more patient and very pleasant to work with.
