I place an order for my friend who is turning 75 this week and Surrey Flower Shop did a beautiful arrangement as shown . My friend said it was very beautiful. The shop is in Canada so the dollar conversion favored US dollars. Highly recommend them for a smooth transaction and quick delivery. read more

Surrey Flower Shop - Pre Birthday floral gift for my friend of 45 years from Surrey Flower Shop - Florists Near Me - Surrey, British Columbia

I have been ordering flowers from this shop for my mom for a few years now and they never disappoint! I live in the US and so glad I found this place as sending flowers to my mom is one way to show her we miss her, specially on special occasions we can't spend together. They have stunning arrangements and each bouquet sent is always thoughtfully crafted, showcasing a perfect blend of colors and textures. The flowers are incredibly fresh and lasted much longer than expected. They have exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them for any floral needs - whether it's for a special occasion or just to brighten up your home. Thank you Surrey Flower Shop! read more

My company sent me flowers as a Thank you gift for my hard work and commitment. The flowers were super nice. They were delivered to me by Surrey Flower Shop. Flowers were nicely arranged and super colorful. One thing I noticed unlike other flower shops is that they don't provide a plant food packet that I can add to the water afterward for the flowers to last a bit longer. Nice surprise to get. read more

The floral arrangement I ordered yesterday is the most beautiful I have seen! The colours were lovely and the size of the bouquet was most generous. The cost was very reasonable and the service exemplary. Ellen H read more

Order flowers for my GF five days before valentine days. They state on there website that if you'd like same day delivery to order one day before. Not only could they not deliver between the time I gave them which was 430 PM when the office closed they couldn't reply to an email or pick up there phone. Completely ruined this day and the surprise and will never use this company again. I will be shocked if they pick up there phone when I request a refund. 0 stars if i could. read more

I've ordered online on 2 occasions and both times the flowers and arrangements were absolutely STUNNING!! Deliver options are quick and totally reasonable in price. When ordering online It's hard to know if what you see online is going to be the same as what the person gets, and both times the flowers were absolutely perfect! Thank you read more

A group of us ordered the Teleflora's Sapphire Skies Bouquet (premium) for our friend very special birthday ($99.95). We were so disappointed when we saw the picture of what our friend received. We do understand that certain flowers are not available but the arrangement was messy and NOT full at all for (premium). We added balloon, chocolate, stuffed animal and thank goodness we did, it made the delivery a little better. This was embarrassing and very disappointed. I strongly do not recommend read more

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The owner patiently helped me pick out different flowers for my custom bouquet, which she put together for me within half an hour of walking in. Beautiful flowers for a great price. Highly recommended for sure! read more

I don't know where to start but I can say this is the worst flower shop I have ever dealt with. I went online to find the perfect flowers for my daughters birthday to give her a smile after a very tough year. I ordered the flowers 10 days ahead of time. What was shown in the picture is not anywhere near what she got. I wanted beautiful and she got an ugly mess. And I think they were forgotten and when I called late in the afternoon to find out why they weren't there they got thrown together. Called to complain and the manager agreed to reduce the flowers if I would delete my review on google. I did not agree. They needed to be redone period. She actually called my daughter to try to convince her that they were what I ordered. You decide. My pictures are of what I ordered and what read more

I am incredibly impressed by the service provided by the owners of Surrey Flower Shop. They were very accommodating with my request and their communication/follow-up went above and beyond expectations. I don't hesitate to give this shop my highest recommendation. read more

Likes: service, quality of flowers Dislikes: price I ordered flowers one hour before they closed on a Friday in August 2013. I found out about them from Yelp in desperation to send flowers for Eid (end of Ramadan celebration). They were great to not refuse deliveries one hour before they closed (another flower shop did)! I was able to choose flowers from their website and the representative gave me useful suggestions on which flowers would be best for the occasion. The flowers' recipients were very pleased to see the flowers on their doorsteps (they weren't home) with a card (business card-sized) that contained the greeting and my name (which was spelled correctly). The flowers were arranged beautifully, in a red vase. The colours varied from red, yellow and orange (Fiery orange roses, spray roses and gerberas plus red carnations and huckleberry, are arranged in an exclusive orange cube vase. - from their website), as customized by the representative since I apparently chose really dark colours for the season. The only thing that I think could be improved would be the price. I spent $70 with tax and delivery ($10), which I think could be slightly reduced. read more

When I phoned and ordered the Loving Lily and Roses Bouquet I had high expectations based on the picture. The actual bouquet far exceeded my expectations. The person receiving it said it was the most beautiful floral arrangement she had ever seen and the scent when you entered the room was better than aromatherapy. This is my go-to flower shop- they have a wide range of flowers that aren't in season. When I was looking for lavender in the middle of fall and no other place had it available, Surrey Flower Shop totally saved the day! Thank you for such a fantastic experience! -Kevin read more

Terrible!! As a single female, I ordered a bouquet for myself on Valentine's Day as a treat. I placed the order over the phone and opted to pick it up in person to save the $15 delivery charge, given the shop is located less than 10 minutes from my house. Was informed I would not be able to pick it up until 6pm, which was inconvenient to have to pick up so late since the day is close to over at that point, but I agreed. I showed up 10 minutes past 6pm to arrive to an understandably long line up. By the time it was my turn, the ladies could not locate my bouquet, only to eventually find that it had not been made and blamed whomever had taken my order over the phone. If that wasn't bad enough, now they were telling me that they would not be able to create my exact order since they were running low on several flowers because it was the end of the day. As well as having to wait at least another 15 minutes while they scramble around to put it together! At this point I said to forget it since an overpriced Valentines Day bouquet really wasn't worth all that. They did not even apologize for messing up my day. Would not bother with this shop in the future. read more

After a misunderstanding about what my mother had pre-paid and pre-ordered, we found ourselves without flowers for her burial THE NIGHT BEFORE. The Surrey Flower Shop is very close to our cemetery so I took a chance and ordered a large arrangement at 2:00 in the morning, needed at the cemetery by 1:15 that afternoon. After placing the order on-line, I called their 800 number and let them know that if they couldn't complete the order on such short notice, I would cancel it and buy something in person. When we arrived at the cemetery at 1:00, the arrangement was already there. Not only did they have it to the cemetery well before the appointed time, but the arrangement was larger and fuller than expected and included gladiolas - Mom's favourite flower, which the 1-800 rep wasn't sure they could provide on such short notice. The caring staff at The Surrey Flower Shop went out of their way to get gladiolas for us and to ensure the arrangement was gorgeous and delivered on time. We are especially grateful to them after a mix-up with a different florist left us without flowers for Mom's memorial a few months ago. The Surrey Flower Shop's stunning arrangement made up for that, and then some. Thank you so much for making my mother's final send off so beautiful. read more

These folks are the best! Ordered flowers for a friend's 50th birthday party that we couldn't attend. We live in California and wanted to send a bottle of Yager too. They offered to buy and deliver with the arrangement! Haven't seen the arrangement but I am sure it will be beautiful by the way the lady described it. How can you beat this service??? read more

I was really disappointed when I received a photo from the recipient of my gift. I had deliberately chosen Zen Artistry as the description and image depicted a minimalist arrangement but all I could see in the photo was lots of flowers. If I had wanted lots of flowers then I would have ordered a bouquet!! Therefore, in my opinion, the photo on the web site does not accurately reflect the product delivered. You place a lot of trust when ordering on-line. I was sending this gift from Scotland & really feel let down. I certainly won't use this web site again. read more

I ordered flowers from here over the phone and the lady who answered was helpful enough to me. I'm pretty flower stupid but she assured me they will make a very nice arrangement. I did look online and saw what it should look like, but I never got to see the final arrangement before it was delivered the next day. When I speak to the recipient next I'm sure she will say something about it. I'm confident Surrey Flower Shop did a good job. I was also given some sort of discount ($4-5 or so) but I'm not sure why - don't care! lol. I am a happy customer :) Thanks! read more

I went to their website and ordered an arrangement delivered to my cousin who lives in the Surrey area. I was so disappointed when a picture was sent to me, I ordered a $72 long stemmed pink rose and upgraded it to the next level thinking it will be better, much fuller and ordered with #3 happy birthday balloons. It came with #2 balloons and a mediocre arrangement, it does not even have much green to keep the stems from falling to the sides. The blooms looks like it was 3 days old, some arrangement you will not think that it's over $100 dollars worth, I was so disappointed. Sorry this place is not worth recommending to others. read more

It's my two year anniversary with my girlfriend (She's in Vancouver and I'm in Chicago) so I thought I'd deliver flowers to her doorstep before she went to work. True, the prices were pretty high but I figured it was worth it from the other reviews. The flowers were good quality and were creative too! Only problem is, they delivered them a month early. I specified the date, and that it was supposed to be surprise but my girlfriend still got a call from a truck driver mid-afternoon telling her that the flowers were waiting for her. I also specially requested, and paid extra, for the flowers to be delivered at 7am so that she would get them just before she left for work, but instead they were delivered on the wrong day at 3pm. The staff were helpful and apologized afterwards, but delivering on the 6th instead of the 27th isn't really a small mistake. I definitely won't be using their shop again. read more

The flowers I had delivered to a very good friend did not look like the picture - and I had described what the bouquet should look like in detail. The blooms as well were almost spent as upon receipt, they took a picture - arrangement looks half dead. Also, I had told the lady the (recipients' ) place was hard to find and delivery person should take a GPS and the lady on the phone said "I think he knows what he's doing". So of course he got lost and phoned my sick friend about 3 times before he found the house. read more

I received an orchid as a gift and it was nice, but it soon lost over half of its flowers. This should happen between two and three months, not in two weeks. When I phoned Surrey Flower shop I was made to feel that it must have been something I did. I love orchids and in spite of having hundreds over the years this has never happened before - there is almost nothing one can do to cause this within such a short period of time - even if there had been given absolutely no water unless it was bone dry when received, which it wasn't. They agreed to replace it rather begrudgingly, which would have satisfied me completely, however they brought one about half the size and in a colour I do not like. This was nothing like the one I first received. May as well not have bothered, what a waste of time sending a driver with a plant that in no way resembles the original gift. Will never use them and have instructed the person who gave me the orchid what happened. read more
