My husband bought a beautiful bouquet of soft pink roses for me which looked gorgeous but…read moreunfortunately most of the flowers were wilted and dead within a couple of days which seemed unusual for a shop Like this. They were not cheap and I talked to the shop and eventually the owner a few times. I got a bunch of excuses why this may have happened, but gave up when she eventually told he she "thought she may have refunded my husbands visa" . She wasn't really interested when I told her that no refund could be found and I just gave up. In this day and age, you have to be accountable and this store was anything but. I will never buy from the shop again nor will my husband. It's a shame as it's a lovely shop but the photos I have of the half dead roses remind me of why I need to steer clear.

I was in Ladner Village picking up a platter of sushi and walked by The Flower Shop…read more I realized I hadn't gotten my mom flowers for Mother's Day yet, so I popped in really quick. During Covid times, the store is mostly blocked off except the front, which has plenty of plants, flowers, and little trinkets. Unsurprisingly, during Mother's Day weekend a majority of their flower options were already sold out, but luckily, I was able to find a beautiful peony and lily bouquet. The owner and her daughter were both working the shop when I came in and they were so helpful and efficient all while respecting social distancing. For a gorgeous flower arrangement and card, I was surprised with how affordable this purchase was. When I'm looking for flowers and plants in the future, I'll definitely be coming back here! Thank you for a beautiful bouquet that my mom absolutely loved! #SupportLocal

Most flowers are cut and arranged behind the shop (in the garage), and flowers are sold on the front room area, and the top floor is off limits. Nice decorations and atmosphere. Nice service and clean and organized. They sometimes sell a couple different notebooks or cards.

My fiance ordered an arrangement of coloured roses to be delivered for my birthday seeing he was…read moreout of town .. he used queens park florists ..because it is walking distance from our house . now this isn't a review based off of me ordering but from the receiving end .. I was highly disappointed when I got these flowers .. the roses were just placed in the vase THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO CREATIVITY USED AT ALL!!!! now I've done arrangements for events and I ended up fixing this one after .. added some 4 dollar baby's breath from safeway .. trimmed some of the roses so they were different heights and also arranged the colours nicely ... Their customer service is good tho .. she called and made arrangements for me to pick them up because she couldn't get into my building and she stilled walked them home for me because it was heavy and I had a stroller and other stuff .. I mean my fiance technically did pay for delivery but it was still nice of her .. Also some of the red roses were dying very dark .. they didn't even take the time to pick the dead petals off .. Honestly this bouquet was 50 plus delivery and tax .. don't waste ur money go elsewhere ... safeway at new west station sells nicer arrangements in their fridge section and they also have vases for sale .. I'm sure for 50 bucks you could get a WAAAAAY better arrangement that actually utilizes some creativity and effort with a vase and the person who receives it will be happier .. Don't get me wrong I am very greatful that my fiance put the effort in .. I just feel like he wasted his money because the arrangement was such a disappointment and I ended up fixing it myself ... The two stars are strictly for customer service ... actual product gets 0 stars ...

Upon my arrival when first purchasing this plant I made sure when I spoke to Michael that this plant will be sturdy and straight when received and he assured me it would be. Fast forward the plant arrived almost falling over and I sent the plant back...speaking with the owner and Michael they just shrugged their shoulders and said they will just refund me. I said I didnt want a refund I just want the plant fixed with no discount. The owner very rude on the phone never let me speak disregarded me as a client and said we are processing a refund. As a business owner myself, customer service is key and also the integrity of the business and trust. If they can do that to me I would not trust them for a wedding or a large function. This is unacceptable. Also the owner told me it was potted properly but I have photos to prove with the delivery guy in the photo still of how angled it was. Disappointing!!!
