I am upset about my experience and lack of response from the 'florist'. I called 5 days before the…read moreplanned delivery date to place a very special arrangement for parents celebrating their 60 year Diamond Anniversary. I attempted to send photos of my idea and ,also, verbalized in detail that I wanted a very uncluttered, zen, minimalist arrangement of two dozen roses (pink & white). I detailed that I wanted the stems to be neatly lined up, flowers all the same height, no filler, and a rectangular vase/with edges to enhance the aesthetic, maybe a simple silver ribbon wrapped around the vase. 'Uncluttered' was described. I had to call to ask for the status the day of the delivery because I hadn't received any receipt but saw the credit card charge the first day I called. When I called, the same gentleman answered and seemed frazzled and overwhelmed (as he was on the day I ordered this). During the call did re-sent the receipt (which I got no problem). He told me 'it's probably Comcast (my server) and seemed to blame me. He said he was working on it now and we reviewed my request. He said he never got any inspiration photos so I re-sent them again. I never got a call back after I resent photos of my directions for the order AGAIN. He did send me a email with a photo of what he did do, but the email had no attached photo. I responded right away that I hadn't gotten it, no photo was received. Nothing. To my horror, my parents received a really unacceptable arrangement- hideous, dripping diamonds out one end, all different heights, round cheap case- I was so disappointed. The worse part- $220 for what looked like the thing was literally thrown together last minute and arrived close to dinner time on my elderly parents' anniversary. The first photo is the design I had described and hope they could create (as he promised that he could, verbalizing he 'understood'). The second is what was sent to my parents. I felt taken advantage of, I felt ripped off and I would have give them negative stars if YELP would have allowed. Run from this business- it's a complete rip off and the artistic talent is clearly lackluster. HORRIFIC. Honestly, I would have not posted this but the owner chose to not respond after 24 hours. Completely terrible experience from start to finish. Business is poor on every level. Especially talent.

I don't buy flowers for myself unless they're fragrant. I know it's hard to get fragrant flowers these days because so many people have allergies but I'm so glad they still get them! Most flowers are cut and arranged behind the shop (in the garage), and flowers are sold on the front room area, and the top floor is off limits. Nice decorations and atmosphere. Quite a bit on the pricier side but I'd say it's worth it. I love buying flowers there mostly on special occasions like Mother's Day or birthdays or they do wedding arrangements too. Nice service and clean and organized. They sometimes sell a couple different notebooks or cards.

Zero Communication, Missing Flowers, and No Accountability…read more Been waiting for valentines flowers all day, the tracking link kept saying "waiting for information" and showed no progress on the delivery bar. During our 6 hour delivery window, I got no text, call, email or tracking updates at any point during the delivery process. I had trouble getting a call through to the florist shop, when they finally picked up, they told us the flowers had been delivered 6 hours ago? If the flowers were delivered, they were no longer there. I understand that delivery is outsourced to a third party, however, you have a responsibility to ensure delivery updates are communicated to your customer. The tracking link you provide should work and be updated, and if not, you should contact your customer about the issue and offer some sort of solution. The florist refused to do anything and said they must wait for the delivery company to respond before they can do anything. They refused to offer any refund, compensation or replacement. This is a terrible way to treat your customers left without flowers on valentines day. I will be disputing this credit card charge. Terrible experience.

He spent days looking for the perfect everlasting roses. He had specifications such as, for the roses to have more than one colour and for them to be in a box. The night he gave them to me, nobody has done what he's done and gone over and beyond for me. Instantly, once I saw them I was in tears. Nonstop crying from how happy I was. This blew me away and it was something I've been wanting for years now. Thank you guys for making that night so special for us!
