Alfredo and Victor have been cleaning our area rugs, carpets and upholstered chairs for at least 15 years at three locations: Oakland, Berkeley and San Pablo. They do a great job and have told us, if there is a problem, they will come back and fix it. We've been very pleased with their work. In the last two years, we have had a long haired cat and a dog. Victor and his crew are magicians! My partner and I have a number of pets and accidents, as we all know, do happen. I had used Surfclean several times many years ago, but in my new apartment building, the management provides a coupon for a free cleaning every year. After three years of their free cleaning which was not very good, and a very sick cat who made various kinds of messes in her final months, I decided to go back to Surfclean.
