I was very impressed with Alfredo who came to clean my fully carpeted house. He was very professional, always confirming appointments and informing that he was on the way to do the job including a photo. He was polite and extremely personable and even when we had a small matter to be followed up on, it was always with polite, comforting words. I highly recommend them for getting a job well done. read more

Our carpet looks beautiful with all noticeable spots gone. Alfredo was very nice. When I said I was going out for a short while, he said there was no need to hurry back. He could close up and he could pay from our credit card electronically without us being present. read more

We've used Surfclean to clean our carpets for over 20 years. Alfredo did the job again last week and it was a miracle. He was able to remove some stains that I didn't think would ever come off. I appreciated the text notifying me he was on his way that included a picture. Everything was very professional, as usual. Thanks to Victor and Alfredo for their excellent work. See you next time! read more

Victor and his partner are good people. They did a great job of cleaning our carpets. Not to mention, when I paid online, there was a glitch and the app doubled the tip I left. Victor called to ask if that had been my intention. He was the one who wanted to refund me my own mistake. He didn't have to do that. Classy guy. I'd recommend this company read more

After a year and more of sitting at home on two stuffed chairs and a sofa, we REALLY needed a cleaning and a "fresh-up" for our living furniture! Victor and his team are experts at their craft and I know every time I call on them, it will be perfect! My chairs and sofa are like new, my home has a lovely feel and aroma, and once again, Surfclean did a completely great job. Thanks, Alfredo and Victor. Alfredo left our home just a couple of hours ago, and I must say our carpets look new! I've been using Surfclean for years and they never let us down and their service is number 1. I have learned not to take carpet cleaning for granted. You get what you pay for. If you compromise on carpet cleaning prepare to lose! Got ripped off before and had damage done to our carpets by shady carpet cleaners. With Victor and Alfredo you get the best! They work hard for you and they care about the work they do and their reputation. I recommend Surfclean to all with no reservations in doing so! Use them and have peace of mind! I know I do each time they clean for us! read more

We've used Surfclean a couple of times now. Victor and Alfredo are super professional and their work is like magic. We have a toddler and a dog but after Surfclean, our carpet, rugs, hardwood floor, and upholstery look almost brand new! read more

We have been using surfclean for more than 5 years. I can't say enough about their work and their team. They do a great job, are efficient, and a good value. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them . read more

Alfredo and Victor have been cleaning our area rugs, carpets and upholstered chairs for at least 15 years at three locations: Oakland, Berkeley and San Pablo. They do a great job and have told us, if there is a problem, they will come back and fix it. We've been very pleased with their work. In the last two years, we have had a long haired cat and a dog. This adds a lot to the amount of dirt that gets embedded in the rugs and carpets. So we've started to get Alfredo out twice a year. Alfredo is a very friendly, efficient person and offers good suggestions on our cleaning questions. Thanks a lot, guys! read more

Victor and his crew are magicians! My partner and I have a number of pets and accidents, as we all know, do happen. Victor and his crew have made even the biggest disasters disappear including the nightmare of Heidi, one of our dogs eating about a pound of giant M&Ms and then rainbow projectile vomiting over the cream colored carpet. We tried and failed to clean it and were left with large round dark pink stains. Surf Clean arrived on the scene during what should have been a holiday and did their stuff. the carpet looks brand new! THANK YOU! read more

I had spots all over my carpet from my dog and other spills. I was very skeptical about whether carpet cleaning would be able to get out the stains. I got a referral to Victor with surfclean. He came over and was very professional about the whole process. Informed me about my carpet, what causes the stains and discoloration, what he would do, and how to care for it when a spill happens in the future. After Victor was finished the carpet was spotless and so clean! My wife and I spent more time in the rooms that used to have spots. We used to avoid them! I would use Victor again in the future without a doubt! read more

I recently had two carpets cleaned by Surf Clean and they did a fantastic job. The carpets look brand new!!! I can highly recommend them and would use them again. Alfredo arrived promptly and was very professional. They also told us that if we were not satisfied we had 30 days to contact them and they would redo the rugs if necessary. I thought that said a lot about their confidence in their work and their work ethic. read more

I love Surf Clean, and I have for 20+ years. They're timely, accurate, trustworthy, friendly, considerate, priced well, and they go almost everywhere. I don't think they would go to Idaho for me, but then I haven't asked... Satisfaction is guaranteed in my opinion. Since I started using Victor's services, I've used no other company and will never use another until either I go out of business or they go out of business. read more

I need to say WOW a few times as I was going to throw out my carpet but decided instead to let Victor & his team clean it. I had so many stains on it from coffee, blood, chocolate and more...I can not believe how perfectly clean it is, stain free and it feels brand new. I'm super happy, thank you so much Victor! Also, Victor is a really great guy and his staff were very efficient and fast to return my calls. I would recommend Surfclean in a heartbeat. read more

Alfredo, one of Victor's trusted crew is still packing up from cleaning our carpets and furniture but I can't wait another moment to sing his praises. It had been over 2 years since I'd asked the Surfclean team to come out so the dog hair and dust and stains on the furniture weren't a small task to tackle. But Alfredo is a pro and single handedly brought our home back to a respectable state. Thank you Alfredo for being on time, pleasant and hard working! Thank you also to Roger (set's appointments) for your prompt reply to phone messages and inquiries. And to Victor for hiring great staff and running a very professional business. I'll most definitely be calling Surfclean again (sooner rather than later)! read more

Surf Clean has cleaned 1 of our rugs, several pieces of upholstery, 2 carpets, and a couch cushion on two separate work assignments. All of the cleans were done efficiently and at a very fair price. After the clean, someone even called to follow up and make sure it was done to my satisfaction. This is a great company with great management. I recommend them both highly. read more

I have used Surfclean several times now. They have great customer service and do good work.

Surfclean, lead by its owner, Victor, came through again for me relating to what has been a series of carpet cleaning/flood damage issues at my rental property. Victor responds to emergency calls with the utmost sense of urgency, and he has saved me from losing my renters. On top of it all, he does great work! Surfclean is the best carpet cleaning company I have ever hired. In addition to cleaning the carpets at my rental property, Surfclean does the carpet cleaning for my home, and I recommend Surfclean and Victor to anyone looking for good carpet cleaners. read more

I had used Surfclean several times many years ago, but in my new apartment building, the management provides a coupon for a free cleaning every year. After three years of their free cleaning which was not very good, and a very sick cat who made various kinds of messes in her final months, I decided to go back to Surfclean. I have to admit it was more expensive than I had imagined (although fair given that it took three hours). I was completely amazed by the results! The carpet looks almost new, a true accomplishment for a cheap apartment carpet that is now almost 10 years old and was covered with stains--light, dark, yellow, like a patchwork quilt, when he arrived. And as always, they are professional, reliable, and clear in communication. read more

Victor at Surf Clean is fantastic. He is very professional, efficient and basically a very nice guy. The carpet he had to work with was rarely cleaned and had suffered the indignities that only a home with two small dogs and small kids can provide. But when he left there was a drastic change in appearance. The carpet and I thank you! read more

Surf Clean did a wonderful job with my grandmother's dining room chairs, which had not been cleaned in decades. I was unsure of the type of material or how to clean them - they were very dirty with years of dust and stains - but Surf Clean arrived on time and made them look like new. I'm so pleased with how they turned out - they even cleaned around the piping and folds. I would definitely recommend them! read more
