I used Joe for a somewhat large project, refinishing the cabinets in 2 bathrooms, a hallway built-in linen closet and a guest house bathroom and kitchenette. The quality of the actual paint job was good. Scheduling and coordinating were rough, a 2 day job turned into a 5 day job when some crew didnt show up and left 1 guy alone for a day, and another day was lost because they didnt have the cabinet hardware available and needed to order from Amazon, despite knowing weeks ahead of time we wanted soft close door hinges added. But could have lived with that. The really unfortunate thing, was cleanliness. The mess was absolutely horrible. I stressed beforehand how sensitive my wife is to dust, and Joe assured me dust wouldn't be an issue but that the paint smell could be strong. We could deal with paint smell, dust was our concern. One of the bathrooms was a Jack and Jill bathroom, with a door from the bathroom leading into my daughter's room and another into a toy room. No drop clothes were used, no plastic, they left the door into my daughter's room wide open while they sprayed the cabinets. There was literally overspray dust 2mm thick throughout my daughter's entire room. Her bedding, the carpet, the wall art, her stuffed animal collection, her lego collection. She was devastated. How do you clean lego sets with that much dust? Similar throughout the other areas... they left doors open while they sprayed, and there was so much dust accumulation that it took 3 days and over a thousand dollars to clean up between cleaners and carpet cleaners. We had to purchase some specialty filters for areas in the home to get the dust out of the air, and my wife's lungs were wrecked. They were also paid to drill new holes in the cabinet doors for new knobs. They left a pile of wood dust in every single drawer they drilled a hole for. I called Joe and he was adamant that this was not how they do things, he wants to make it right, etc. I sent him pictures, he said he would get back to me. He didn't. I had to follow up again nearly 3 weeks later asking what the deal was. He did respond, and offered me a very small refund "for the additional time spent cleaning". It wouldn't have covered even 25% of what I spent to clean up after them.

Her shower and surround still look amazing to this day and she is still so pleased that she made the choice to do it. Someone came out to our house initially for the first consultation and we looked at images, sample colors, and got pricing. We ended up waiting a while before scheduling as we had some work trips come up, family stuff, and some other things that we couldn't do it in the timeframe we had initially thought, but we finally got it done this last week. Communicating with the company was incredibly easy, the woman answering the phones was super friendly and courteous and we were happy that we were able to book an appointment within a couple of weeks from calling. A technician came to do the tub portion on the first day and came back the second day to do the surround and shower. He was very professional, clean and communicative during the whole process. The smell was a little bit strong for us, so we did have to open some windows and doors and get some fans going since we are on the sensitive side to odors. Overall not a big deal. The room was covered and taped off... we could not wait for the reveal!! Now that the tub and surround are complete and we are able to get back to using the bathroom again, we are very happy with how it turned out. It looks so next level and it's going to be easy maintenance... plus it looks 1000 times better than that nasty yellow stained surround that we had since we bought this house a year ago! I cannot recommend miracle method enough! The company was great, the service is great, and the price was totally in line with what we had expected. 10/10 experience!!

(After 2 disasters with 2 other companies, I was referred by our countertop contractor to try Miracle Method). Replacement of sink would be major remodel expense due the fact the sink was indermount and built into the solid oak cabinets. I would be facing replacing entire granite slab top in the process. From scheduling the in home estimate to the refinishing itself was painless and stress free for me. They were professional, fast, efficient and the results were spectacular!!! The technician, Fox, is stellar and can't say enough about him without sounding like a paid review( totally not true). The price was less than both times prior with other companies. I recommend them highly...at least give them the opportunity to compete for your business.
