The salad was dressed with a really flavorful dressing - and slices of crunchy cucumber were a nice touch. Yum! The salmon poke was super tasty --- smaller (than I've ever had) cubes of silky salmon over sushi rice with flavorful, satisfyingly crunchy osinko, aka- pickled veggies (not at all vinegar!!) - the daikon quite good, red cabbage, crisp cucumber. Cubes of ripe avocado, a small handful of edamame, and a bit of seaweed salad all come together nicely.
