When I came to Pitt, it became routine that I grabbed a bubble tea once a week before class or as a treat on the weekends. I am always sure to stop in and grab my favorite drink if I am in the area. Not only are the workers super friendly, but the drinks are delicious and consistently good. I love the bright interior of the shop and that there is inside seating, so you can enjoy your drink inside (especially during the colder months in PA). My go-to order is a black iced tea lemonade with strawberry flavor and lychee popping boba, but there are so many flavor options that you can really mix it up based on your personal preference. Its location on Forbes Ave makes it fairly easy to get to, especially if you are a student living on Pitt's campus. Do yourself a favor and grab a bubble tea if you are ever in the area!

The inside is small with not a ton of seating so keep that in mind for big groups. There's a table for 8, four chairs next to the window with a narrow table, and a long bench to sit at. We ordered our boba and pearls were really soft and chewy. My friend's mango slushie was really refreshing and I liked my taro boba.

The person behind the counter was a bit less than enthusiastic, which normally doesn't even factor into my reviews because I've totally been there. However, they also didn't wash their hands between handling our cash and making our drinks, and they grabbed the inside of the cups with bare hands and were also scooping ice. I ended up asking for a refund for a different reason because I didn't want to make a scene, and my girlfriend threw her drink out. There also seemed to be milk tea sitting out unrefrigerated in a non-insulated keg. All in all, I would be open to coming back in the future if changes are made, but the laziness of AI-generating menu images and the lack of hygiene means that I won't be back for a while.

ROASTED OOLONG MILK TEA + half boba / half grass jelly I got this drink with 30% sugar and still thought it was way too sweet. The boba is sweetened already, so I probably would have enjoyed it at 0% better. I can taste the tea flavor, but still pretty heavy on the milk. I had to toss my drink after less than half of it because it was too sweet. My friends didn't really like their drinks. One of them thought her milk tea was powdery and unpleasant. Overall, pretty disappointing boba.

It would be a great place for students and workers to get some drink and study or work!

It's a solid spot for bubble tea with a lot of milk and fruit tea flavor options and many types of boba available. I didn't sign up for the recent Yelp Elite event at another location but it was the first time I noticed this chain carries donuts, so on this visit I decided to give one a try. They are a little pricey at $3.50 each, but a little less expensive in multiples. We split a glazed and one was enough for a snack because the mochi makes these dense! They are really delicious and I was sleeping on these previously; I would order again and maybe try a different flavor such as dark chocolate glazed, although the plain glazed was honestly perfect, allowing the texture and flavor of the donut to shine through. There is frequently a short line here but the staff is highly efficient and turns it over quickly. On this visit the family in front of me snatched my donut from the counter, and the staff was quick to replace it with no complaint, which I appreciated as it wasn't their fault either. I usually take my tea to go, but the nearby food court provides ample space to enjoy your treats if you'd like to sit for a moment.
