When I spoke to him before hand, he seemed like he knew what he was doing. The result, however, was a tall, ungainly, unwieldy looking configuration with everything shrink wrapped but chair legs sticking out the sides of the pallet under the shrink wrap. When I asked some questions about strapping of the chairs within the shrink wrap and how they were packed to get an idea if they would be safe to ship as he had packed them, Tyler did not offer any details about how they were configured or address any of my concerns. Instead he demanded immediate payment and threatened to just cut them out of the packaging and leave. I was astounded at his unprofessionalism and how angry he got from the simple act of asking how the chairs were strapped down to the pallet. I would not recommend anyone who has fragile or valuable belongings to ship use Handle with Care Moving Sevices.UsefulFunnyCool

I wanted to just do the work that had to be done immediately, which was replacing rotted fascia, new gutters and having back porch roof done. I was given the chance that same day to reconsider choosing another shingle color if I wanted. It helped when he pointed out the color I was reconsidering on other roofs near me. The crew arrived earlier in the morning and were done by 3pm, everything cleaned up. Also, only business I know that gives senior citizen discounts. I highly recommend DGJ Brothers Contractors.

Have to say we were impressed. Husband responded to the email saying we would like to work with Apex. At this point on the first day Apex was a 10 star in our book. After that nothing!!! It's been over a month and NOTHING!! Husband called several times and no return calls. Hummmm?? Okay hopefully for Apex they got really busy with windows, gutters, roofs, whatever. But no time for a call? Sounded like owner had workers and believe me the windows in this house could be done by grown men in less than half a day. Not a bad way to earn $250. Just my opinion. So here we are 1st of June and no window washer. My experience with window washer is that they are not dependable. Apex is certainly not. I am approaching 80 years old and once again having to clean them myself. Lucky for me I can still do myself and I do enjoy the pace that I can set but it really would have been great to have them done. Oh by the way, since mister Apex owner was so prompt the first day, I took off all of the window hangings and cleaned the window sills to make things easier for the workers. Got to go, I have windows to clean cause Apex isn't coming. One more thing!! The first thing the owner asked my husband was...WiLL YOU LEAVE A REVIEW. Here ya go.

Items plugged in would have power, then it would seem to shut off for no reason and then come back on. My husband came across RJN Electrical and called them up. It took a couple of days to get them scheduled to come out, but there was good communication while we were figuring out a time. They ended up stopping out in the evening. The man who came was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He figured out our issue and resolved it. Being a very new homeowner I really had no idea how much an electrical call would cost. They charged $75 for the service call, and then $70 an hour for service. The parts were very minimal. In talking to others who have had electricians come over that seems somewhat reasonable. The worker and my husband had a lot in common and were chatting the entire time he was working. My only somewhat complaint was that I am guessing that all that chatting extended the time it took to fix. They charged for 2 hours, he was probably actually there a little longer, but I wonder if he had just been working diligently how long would it have taken? Not a big deal, and it was nice that the guy was friendly and explained things too, just interesting to note. Overall we had a good experience, and I think if any other electrical issues come up I would probably reach out to them again.
