These guys responded quickly to our request for furniture moving. They were able to come the same day and complete our small rearrangement of heavier furniture. Malik was very responsive and kept us informed when they were slightly delayed arriving. You have to be sure to read all the information presented on YELP. They do have a 2 hour minimum. However, their 2 hour minimum and their pricing were the best of any I received. They were polite and efficient helping us put the beds back together after moving them. The only reason I chose this company for our moving needs was cause it was the cheapest quote I got. Well cheaper cost=lack of service. The guys that moved our larger furniture for us were taking their own sweet time and it got to the point where my boyfriend was like if you guys would like I can help you move this along quicker and then they finally worked quicker. They were goofing off a lot and for my boyfriend to have to say something to get them going with their job says more about the workers/company. Next time I'll be going with someone else. I'd give a minus 100 if I could but these were the worst movers I have ever encountered. First of all I was told they started my move from Buffalo, ny which was a lie as they charged me an additional $225.00 and told me I had to pay for a Rochester start as they had no one to help from Buffalo that day. they didn't tell me this till the end of the move. when they arrived they had no blankets to cover my TVs or furniture and when I questioned them they said "we don't do tv's. I can go on and on but why! Please avoid this company at all costs. What should have cost me, and it was my quote from them, $750 in total ended up costing me $1,200 and all I was told was "oh well it is what it is". Absolutely AVOID using this mover at all costs. Malik was used as a contractor when the company I booked wasn't able to fulfill the contract. We discussed pricing face to face when he arrived. After the last load was loaded onto the uhaul, he said he wanted $2000.00 more dollars. Almost as if he was going to hold my items hostage until he got more money. During our move 2 of the movers we're frequently on there phone. One kept sitting down complaining that his leg hurt. They looked and acted like children. One of their girlfriends pulled up to my home and the mover went out front to wash her tires. That same worker flooded my basement while unhooking my washer. Malik was efficient in booking and handling payment. $100 per hour for moving a few items and not requiring a tip are not bad compared to expensive Rochester companies (it cost $80 per hour in So Cal, but Rochester seems more expensive in general). Lalo has some areas to improve, for his careless behaviors that cost my time (more payment from me since they charge by time): - Lalo told me that they were 2 minutes away with a truck, but they arrived longer than 30 minutes later and told me later that they had issues with a truck. The booking eventually deduct $50 for the 30 minutes delay, but his text of being late could have prevented me from waiting in vain outside while standing to signal him, when I thought he would arrive soon. - Lalo parked a small truck away from our home despite my hand signal to park right in front of our place, which would have taken longer to move my stuff to the car. I asked him to move to the spot again. - Lalo put his cell phone in my basement before moving my washer, then asked Keith to go down there again to pick his phone up, which would have taken my time and cost more $$ (had I not given it to Keith who had pockets for the phone). No reason to leave his phone behind while taking my time and money. - Lalo parked in the middle of two spots in our new place, causing us to park far away from our place to move our stuff. I asked him to move the car, but he refused. I had to tell him again to simply get our parking space to move our stuff from our car. - Lalo stepped on my new carpet after I specifically told him to not wear shoes on the new carpet. Shampooing a new carpet cost more than the moving fee for a few items. - Lalo did not bring a working card reader because he did not charge his phone to use a card reader, even though the booking told me that they would bring a card reader. Later the booking sent me a link that was easy to use, but it showed Lalo did not prepare for it, and I had to set up a modem and router during my busy moving day to pay online. - Lalo led Keith to move my nice new washer hitting every step of the stairs. It worried me that it would damage the washer, either shortly or eventually. When other people came over to install the washer, I don't recall that they hit the stairs like Lalo did, with much better equipment to handle the washer. I wonder if big vendors have that type of equipment. I hope they can train and educate their employees better to not take up customers' time and money for unnecessary things like the above. Lalo, Keith, and Malik were all nice on the moving day. Malik can have 5 stars whereas Lalo gets 3 stars, so marking 4 stars as average. read more

We hired them from a search/request for quote on Yelp. Malik responded super fast and took a phone call right away. We had two U-Pack pods being delivered and weren't sure exactly what day they'd arrive (within a couple of days) and they got us scheduled within an hout when we had the date. Two young men showed up on time with Malik letting us know they were en route, and they were super fast, efficient, and helpful. Thanks, y'all! read more
