I was given a referral to call SurePro for some exterior painting and a deck refinish. The final product looked outstanding and everyone was easy to work with along the way. We ended up having them do the interior as well. Dave read more

Eric and team were fantastic! 1. They came in at a very reasonable price. I asked 7 companies for on site quotes, they came in to be the most competitive with some companies quoting us thousands more. 2. Top notch quality. Jose and his family crew were super nice, efficient, and professional. They covered everything meticulously and left our home cleaner post work. Our project manager Phillip did a quality review afterwards and applied strict standards as if it was his own house. I am SurePro will remain my go to for all future paint jobs! read more

We had a really positive experience from start to finish .. the quote, the planning, the response time, the job, the finishing, all of it was pro and A+ Eric was awesome and helpful and always good communication, Philip was our project manager and great, and Juan and his team of painters were really meticulous in all ways and hard working. They came prepared and ready to work, (which unfortunately isn't always a no brainer) they were efficient with their time, and professional all of the way- plus the prices beat the other three quotes and they delivered exactly what we asked for (and more when I realized I forgot to add some things to the estimate!) we would recommend them to anyone looking for interior and exterior painting; they're awesome! We have already referred them and are planning on using them for another project we have coming up in the near future. Thanks to Sure Pro. Local Austin team and they're really read more

Loved working with the SurePro team, and awesome that they have a partnership with a color and design consultant to help me make decisions. Professional communication and project management software was a nice touch. Loved the easy way to manage the project and complete billing, and self-service for status reports. Looking forward to working with SurePro on my next project in Feb/Mar, and partnering together for years to come. read more

Excellent company. I wish all home improvement professionals companies would be that good! The owner Eric gave us a fair price based on 3D tour on the house we just bought. We got the following team: project manager Phillip and the main painter Jose (Jose can skillfully do the most complex paint jobs and is generally proficient) + 3 more painters. They use buildertrend.net website to manage the project. They are well organized, reliable and responsive and could accommodate some changes in the middle. They paint, put flooring and can do some other similar works. A little bonus: for a big painting project they also provide a free consultation with a color specialist. The paint they use is high quality paint by Sherwin Williams. We were absolutely happy with the paint job the SurePro painters did and decided also to hire them to renovate the garage as well, the way my husband wanted it (polyurea floor coating + cover walls with OSB). Both projects were completed in time and in the best possible way. I whole heartedly recommend this company. read more

Great service and great team. Very responsive and I enjoyed the web portal for communication, updates, and payment processing. I'd recommend SurePro to everyone. Much better experience than with other vendors in the area. read more

This review is as much about SurePro's 'problem resolution' as it is about their painting. Our job was fairly straightforward: painting the trim on a 2-story house and replacing some damaged fascia. Eric came out, got the information and sent back a favorable quote. Great. The work was done while we were out of town and upon our return we had a mixed reaction. We felt it could/should have had another coat (it was a light color on top of a dark color, and we felt the dark was still coming through). The fascia had also been repaired instead of replaced. Eric came back out for the after-project walkthrough and we both noticed that the fascia repair was on the quote, but in a section toward the bottom of the document. It looked like the team that did the work just missed it. Eric and I seemed to differ a bit on our opinions of whether or not another coat of paint was needed, as well. But this is the part I was very pleased with, and why I would recommend SurePro to others: Eric is unequivocally committed to making sure we were happy with his company's work. He sent a crew out within a few days, they replaced the fascia, added another coat of paint to the trim, and did some clean-up powerwashing. When he came out for the original quote, Eric said essentially that as a small, local-owned business looking to build its reputation, he would guarantee I'd be happy with the outcome of this project. He kept his word and I am indeed a happy client of SurePro Painting. read more

The Garage update is complete! Thank you to SurePro Painting for the awesome job! Eric and his crew knocked it out of the park! Scraped the popcorn ceiling and painted, patched holes in the walls and painted over the 70s-style paneling and painted the floor with polyurethane protection. It's like a new garage! read more

Great experience. I had the walls and ceiling of my loft and staircase painted. 3 things I especially appreciated: - The painters were very friendly, professional and skilled. They taped everything up and covered everything before painting, making sure not to get paint on anything. Their lines were straight and they were thorough, doing 2 coats when needed. - The process of setting up the appointment with Eric was easy. I did it entirely via email. Nobody had to come over to give me an estimate. I just took pictures of what I needed done, and gave them measurements of the room and ceiling height. I paid online and was able to use a Yelp deal. - They were able to come out very quickly, so I didn't have to wait to get the job done. I highly recommend SurePro. read more

SurePro was great to work with. They were very good at explaining the work to be done, providing clear pricing, and following up with us to make sure we were satisfied. They were also very reasonably priced and provided a competitive bid for our job. I would definitely recommend them for any painting job you have. read more

We recommend SurePro. Exterior - crew was focused and got the job done. While we wish we had done some things differently - been more engaged with paint materials - Chris was super responsive to our concerns afterwards and addressed our issues. Interior - the crew was great and provided a high quality job. We have a few minor things to address but in the end, very satisfied with the quality of the work (which included a fair amount of drywall repair). We will use Chris and team for the remainder of our painting needs. read more

Painless quoting process; the guys were great to work with, easy to talk to. Workers & managers maintained safe distances/wore masks, and communicated their arrival times & schedule so I knew at all times what to expect. The actual paint job itself & especially the preparatory work are excellent. My home had lots of caulk peeling, with little gaps in various places. All of those areas were washed & sealed prior to any paint touching the house. I would definitely recommend going through SurePro for your exterior home paint. read more

This company scheduled to come to my home to provide a quote on a painting project. The appointment time came and went. I attempted calling after they were late 15 minutes and an hour later I have not received a call back. I would not do business with this company! read more

Everyone on the team is very polite and responsive. They did a fantastic job painting the entire interior of our house. They were patient with me when we changed our minds a few times. When we pointed out lot's of little areas that needed touch-ups they fixed them promptly. They were very thorough and made sure we were satisfied with their work before they were finished. We would definitely recommend the SurePro! read more

I've hired SurePro on two separate occasions to paint my townhouse. The first project was an accent wall in my living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. They were able to complete the job in a timely manner, were courteous and cleaned up well after themselves. The second job they did my single car garage, had a treadmill they needed to work around and they did it with no problem. This job was also done at warp speed, without sacrificing quality. There is a project manager that meets you before the job begins and stops by when complete to ensure the job has been done to your liking. Professionalism, speed and cost; These folks have it all. I would hire them again without hesitation. read more

We were looking for a painter to scrape, float, and repaint the popcorn ceiling in our kitchen and living room (about 500 sq ft total) and found SurePro on Yelp. Their estimate was the most competitive out of the three estimates we got, and Chris, our estimator and project manager, was sincere about doing the best job for us. Even though there were some hiccups in the process that extended the length of the job, I was happy with how Chris and SurePro handled it and I was also happy with how the end results looked like. I would highly recommend SurePro Painting again. read more

Made an appointment with Sure Pro, got several reminders via email about our appointment. The day/time of the appointing and no one ever showed. I called and no one answered, zero response and communication. I understand things come up; delays happen, but to just ghost someone is poor customer service. read more

We hired SurePro Painting for a small project. They responded quickly to my quote request. The price was reasonable and competitive. They came twice to my home, once to clean the garage doors, and the second time to paint them. Both times they were 10 minutes before the scheduled time, which was great. They worked quickly and cleaned up well after they were done. All people I have dealt with by email or in person were very professional. Highly recommend this company. read more

SurePro just completed a multi floor indoor paint job for our house. They painted multiple rooms, hallways, a stairwell, and fixed holes in multiple places along the way. They did an impeccable job. Their crew was professional and were so kind and patient as my kids literally ran between their legs on our way in and out during the day. They made the job easy on our large family of 6. They were timely, and cleaned up so beautifully when they were done. Again, the paint job and repairs were perfect. The owners, Eric and Chris were professional and stayed in regular contact with us, coming by to check on the work several times throughout the process. I would recommend SurePro in a heartbeat! read more

I got quotes from 7 painting companies and decided to go with Chris Felder the owner of SurePro Painting. I am so glad I did. Him and his crew did an outstanding job and I am extremely pleased. I kept adding things for them to do and changing my mind about others and they just didn't hesitate at all they just knocked them out. I like pleasant friendly people and is one of the reasons I decided to go with Chris and was so happy that his crew were equally so. Makes the chore of having people in your house disrupting your household so much nicer and tolerable. Since they are gone I almost miss them. :-) No really super friendly, polite crew. In regards to the pricing while SurePro wasn't the least expensive quote wise, after all was said and done they came out the least due to what all they did work wise so actually turned out that they were. I never pick the cheapest company for anything anyway and this just justifies my reasoning. read more

I found SurePro through Yelp. Their quote for painting the exterior of my home was competitive and the initial consultation left me feeling confident they would do a good job. I had to delay the start date due to a long HOA approval process; they kept in contact and were flexible with scheduling. I appreciated their electronic system, which provides real-time updates on progress and makes the payment process simple. They did excellent work, which also included replacement of a few areas of rotten wood. I am very satisfied. read more

Good experience overall. We got some tile work done in our home and needed someone to caulk and paint the quarter rounds put in by tile company. We also needed the stair risers to be painted. We worked with Chris, who came by as per time scheduled and gave a competitive quote. Project was started as per day and time discussed and finished in a day. Overall good experience, will definitely recommend this company. read more

I had a couple rooms painted in my new home and SurePro did a great job. They were able to give me an estimate and secure a date for the work right away while other companies wouldn't commit to doing the job on a specific date and time. The painter was late because of car trouble but once they got here they were very careful to not get paint on our floors and they did a fantastic job. A manager also came by to check if I was happy with the work they did before final payment was made. Very happy the service I received. read more

Getting a bid for our projects was super easy and we got a quick response. We were sent pictures of examples of the look we were wanting to make sure we were on the same page and the finished product looks better than we imagined! We had them convert an open loft into a room. They even matched the texture and painted it perfectly so it looks as if it was always a room! The dated varnished banister we had was transformed by the excellent stain and paint job. We also replaced tile stairs with wood stairs, the tops of which were stained to match our existing kitchen cabinets. The stain is a perfect match. All in all, I would definitely use these guys again. They do excellent work, respond quickly to requests, clean up well, and the bid was fair (and also was what we paid in the end...no fishy upcharges). Definitely recommend! read more

We got a timely, very professional estimate. It was a virtual estimate, but with the uploaded pictures, I feel it was a very fair estimate. The estimator (owner) was great and prompt and answered several questions. In the end we decided to use the painting money elsewhere. Please use this guy or at least get an estimate. i would have used him if we did not change course. Thanks!! read more

We hired SurePro to paint the exterior of our home. Their quote on the job was very reasonable and fell a little below a few of the other quotes we received. We couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of the company. I would highly recommend them. read more

Got an estimate from SurePro. When I began to inquire about details of the estimate the estimator stopped responding after I requested a proper two coating (wait for first coating to dry before applying a second) instead of their wet-on-wet coating. I received an e-mail from SurePro after my initial review. They explained that they sent a quote to the wrong e-mail address. While I appreciated the follow-up, I'm not sure that I believe the excuse. Nevertheless, they said proper second coat would cost me additional $2000 which is INSANE! I got over 7 estimates. The maximum additional cost I was quoted for 2 coats of Sherwin Williams superpaint was $300, but they quoted me $2000. I call another bullshit, but I will increase my rating from 2 to 3 stars. Thanks, SurePro! read more

I hired SurePro for a small job that had a lot of edging I didn't want to deal with. I got multiple quotes and they were by far the most reasonable. We hired SurePro to paint the interior of our house, all trim and doors, kitchen cabinets and our exterior deck. It was a big project and we got estimates from several local area contractors. SurePro was by far the best pricing and most professional. They were able to start the job within days and complete everything within 4 days (which was even faster than estimated). The crew did an outstanding job! They were also very understanding of the fact that we were living in the house during this project and undoubtedly took on extra work to help keep our house as normal as possible- for instance they would try to finish everything in specific rooms of the house so we could get moved back in even though that probably added time and effort for them to accommodate. We did not ask them to do this which makes it even more impressive. Highly recommended! read more

We had a BIG project as our home's exterior paint was in really poor condition, flaking and peeling off in many areas. We received 8 quotes, and SurePro was at the high end of the range. But, we felt that their understanding of the project was leaps and bounds above the other companies we spoke with, so we went with them. We're very happy with our decision - other companies were telling us the job would take 4-5 days to complete, but SurePro did the job the correct way, spending about 15 working days on the job (~a month with some rain delays). We'd rather spend more money to get the job done right the first time than deal with issues over the years due to the job being rushed or the company cutting corners. We have a warranty on the work, so time will ultimately tell - but as of now, we are very pleased. It's also worth highlighting our crew, who worked consistently from 9-6 or 6:30 with no issues. Overall, a great experience. read more

I'm not sure what people are thinking. I didn't have an issue with making an appointment for a quote. But that lasted 5 mins and he would not give me a quote. He stated I have to go to the office before I can do that. My project was small but if you don't want to do it just say that. My only guess is that they are trained to send a quote that is so over priced, 3x higher compared to others, you just take your business elsewhere. Good luck but safe your time and money and go elsewhere. read more
