Excellent company. I wish all home improvement professionals companies would be that good! The owner Eric gave us a fair price based on 3D tour on the house we just bought. We got the following team: project manager Phillip and the main painter Jose (Jose can skillfully do the most complex paint jobs and is generally proficient) + 3 more painters. They use buildertrend.net website to manage the project. They are well organized, reliable and responsive and could accommodate some changes in the middle. They paint, put flooring and can do some other similar works. A little bonus: for a big painting project they also provide a free consultation with a color specialist. The paint they use is high quality paint by Sherwin Williams. We were absolutely happy with the paint job the SurePro painters did and decided also to hire them to renovate the garage as well, the way my husband wanted it (polyurea floor coating + cover walls with OSB). This review is as much about SurePro's 'problem resolution' as it is about their painting. Our job was fairly straightforward: painting the trim on a 2-story house and replacing some damaged fascia. Eric came out, got the information and sent back a favorable quote. Great. The work was done while we were out of town and upon our return we had a mixed reaction. We felt it could/should have had another coat (it was a light color on top of a dark color, and we felt the dark was still coming through). The fascia had also been repaired instead of replaced. Eric came back out for the after-project walkthrough and we both noticed that the fascia repair was on the quote, but in a section toward the bottom of the document. It looked like the team that did the work just missed it. Eric and I seemed to differ a bit on our opinions of whether or not another coat of paint was needed, as well. But this is the part I was very pleased with, and why I would recommend SurePro to others: Eric is unequivocally committed to making sure we were happy with his company's work. He sent a crew out within a few days, they replaced the fascia, added another coat of paint to the trim, and did some clean-up powerwashing. When he came out for the original quote, Eric said essentially that as a small, local-owned business looking to build its reputation, he would guarantee I'd be happy with the outcome of this project. Great experience. I had the walls and ceiling of my loft and staircase painted. 3 things I especially appreciated: - The painters were very friendly, professional and skilled. They taped everything up and covered everything before painting, making sure not to get paint on anything. Their lines were straight and they were thorough, doing 2 coats when needed. - The process of setting up the appointment with Eric was easy. I did it entirely via email. Nobody had to come over to give me an estimate. I just took pictures of what I needed done, and gave them measurements of the room and ceiling height. I paid online and was able to use a Yelp deal. - They were able to come out very quickly, so I didn't have to wait to get the job done. I highly recommend SurePro. read more

Workers & managers maintained safe distances/wore masks, and communicated their arrival times & schedule so I knew at all times what to expect. Getting a bid for our projects was super easy and we got a quick response. We were sent pictures of examples of the look we were wanting to make sure we were on the same page and the finished product looks better than we imagined! We had them convert an open loft into a room. They even matched the texture and painted it perfectly so it looks as if it was always a room! The dated varnished banister we had was transformed by the excellent stain and paint job. We also replaced tile stairs with wood stairs, the tops of which were stained to match our existing kitchen cabinets. The stain is a perfect match. All in all, I would definitely use these guys again. Got an estimate from SurePro. When I began to inquire about details of the estimate the estimator stopped responding after I requested a proper two coating (wait for first coating to dry before applying a second) instead of their wet-on-wet coating. I received an e-mail from SurePro after my initial review. They explained that they sent a quote to the wrong e-mail address. While I appreciated the follow-up, I'm not sure that I believe the excuse. Nevertheless, they said proper second coat would cost me additional $2000 which is INSANE! I got over 7 estimates. The maximum additional cost I was quoted for 2 coats of Sherwin Williams superpaint was $300, but they quoted me $2000. I call another bullshit, but I will increase my rating from 2 to 3 stars. We had a BIG project as our home's exterior paint was in really poor condition, flaking and peeling off in many areas. We received 8 quotes, and SurePro was at the high end of the range. But, we felt that their understanding of the project was leaps and bounds above the other companies we spoke with, so we went with them. We're very happy with our decision - other companies were telling us the job would take 4-5 days to complete, but SurePro did the job the correct way, spending about 15 working days on the job (~a month with some rain delays). We'd rather spend more money to get the job done right the first time than deal with issues over the years due to the job being rushed or the company cutting corners. We have a warranty on the work, so time will ultimately tell - but as of now, we are very pleased. It's also worth highlighting our crew, who worked consistently from 9-6 or 6:30 with no issues. I'm not sure what people are thinking. I didn't have an issue with making an appointment for a quote. But that lasted 5 mins and he would not give me a quote. He stated I have to go to the office before I can do that. My project was small but if you don't want to do it just say that. My only guess is that they are trained to send a quote that is so over priced, 3x higher compared to others, you just take your business elsewhere.
