Unfortunately, I had the misfortune of encountering a person who I'll state was definitely not a gentleman, as I was entering a restaurant he proceeded to plow by me and in the process spill his takeout food all over my mink coat! His only response was SORRY.. The ugly incident resulted in my mink being splashed with his food! I was devastated, by his rudeness and absolutely convinced my coat was damaged beyond repair! Luckily for me, when I reached out to GLAMA FURS they could not have been more kind! They assured me they would do whatever they could to restore my coat. I asked him if there was any way I could try to salvage it myself, as I didn't want to toss it, and he spent some time walking me through things I could try. While I didn't actually buy anything from Suphi, I appreciated that he could have taken my money, but didn't.
