The minute we started looking through the racks the woman working decided we were suspect and followed us around while we were shopping as if we were going to run out and steal from her. I tried on one shirt, didn't like the way it looked on my body and left the dressing room, she immediately ran to check if the shirt was still there. It is clean…read moreenough, and convenient enough, but most Kohl's products are overpriced and all they do is attempt to attract business with sales and mark downs of their massively overpriced stuff. Every time you check out they make a point of telling you how much you "saved" on their overpriced crap, to try to make you feel better about still paying too much for what you got. I only go to Kohl's in Keene because there isn't much else around. I gave it the 2nd star for that reason alone.

The lay-out of this location is much easier to navigate than the downtown Brattleboro location. I was a bit disappointed that the women's section was not as interesting as the men's section. I love their t-shirts but you just don't have that same selection from the women. Prices are pretty steep on many of the items (try to grab from the discount racks if you're on a budget). We've bought several clothing items now and the quality is very good so it's worth spending extra. Staff is not that friendly or helpful which is a negative. Plenty of parking and a great place to browse as they have many interesting displays.
