We're not a discounter/mass merchant - but we search out well-priced products that offer good value.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to do a return (NOTHING to do with the gorgeous Vera Bradley item, rather ALL on ME), and I have to say the return was flawless. I was happily and politely given a store credit (which I'm fine with, because again...CANT. LEAVE. EMPTY. HANDED.) We came at the transfer from fall to Christmas decor and were thrilled to find a plethora of holiday decor! The shop is filled with classic and country style decor of all kinds, both fit for indoor and outdoor decorations. The staff is helpful and personable and clearly hard working, as the shop is beautiful and constantly supplied with the latest items. Would definitely recommend a trip out to the "country" to visit this wonderful shop!

We are local and find that buying Jeni's brand at our local organic food co-op is a better option for us but I respect the fact that this is a cool place with a lot of history.

We had to make an appointment and they left the glass outside in a lockbox. An old COVID era policy. It would have been nice to actually thank them for the work, as this was a very emotional, connected process for us. We had to make appointments to drop off, and pick up. And to be honest my wife didn't love the idea of "our daughter being left in a box outside".
