I was very very uncomfortable to find what I believe is the owners adolescent grandSON lurking in the store with his mother. There was NO WAY I was going to have a fitting with a teen boy in the room. I thought to make an appt and perhaps have privacy but the owner has no clue how uncomfortable the situation is. A reality check is in order. I realize it is summer but that young man's presence was an absolute deal breaker. Why isn't he out goofing with his friends instead of hanging with mom at the bra store? Really really weird. The lack of insight may keep me away in perpetuity.

And so I walked into town and found Underneath It All, which is a lingerie shop of the same quality and scope as my favorite, The Towne Shoppe, in NY! The owner worked with me for over an hour, helping me figure out my new size, and figure out a selection of gorgeous, comfortable bras for different uses (two t-shirt, two lower cut lace bras, etc.). I'm a weird, difficult size--30F--but she was able to pull tons of stuff that fit me perfectly. I loved this shop so much, I would travel here from Boston for bras! Honestly!

The minute we started looking through the racks the woman working decided we were suspect and followed us around while we were shopping as if we were going to run out and steal from her. I tried on one shirt, didn't like the way it looked on my body and left the dressing room, she immediately ran to check if the shirt was still there. What I liked about the store was that they had some unique items and a selection of styles you don't typically see in most stores. I was especially impressed with the huge variety of scarves in a variety of materials from fleece to cashmere. I was also impressed with the wide range of jackets/coats-in many different and unique styles. I'm not a big shopper and don't typically spend a lot of time in a store but I really enjoyed this one.
