Really nice, modern, and clean coffee shop right downtown Nashville on the main drag. Cozy couches for sitting a moment when you need a bit of a reprieve from the (sometimes) crazy crowds outside. And the coffee is pretty great, too. Had a caramel latte and it was delicious. Cute airstream outside, too! Not sure if they're using it onsite there or other spots around town but it's cool either way!

This location is great if you're staying in the Broadway area sometimes can be a little bit slow just cause it's high traffic but always enjoy getting banana coffees before walking towards Broadway and the location is right at Bridg Arena as well

A great coffee shop right on broadway! I got the caramel latte and it was the perfect level of sweetness for my preference (not overpowering) and the espresso itself was very balanced. We went after a run club at the Nashville Baptist Church so there was a long line but got our coffee surprisingly quick so super fast service!

Cool coffee place and love the rounded cups! They have a trailer Photo Booth out front as well which was fun, and handled our larger group with ease.

So excited to have a Surefire coffee shop near Broadway now! I stopped in during their opening promo and it was a very cool experience! They had a photobooth airstream trailer outside the shop that you could go in, sit down and take an assortment of different photos. The inside of the shop is minimalistic but very open, airy, modern and inviting. The baristas working were super friendly and helpful. I ended up ordering the Eggnog Latte and it was such a great choice, literally eggnog with a caffeine boost! I'll definitely be stopping by again when in the Broadway area.

If I was a coffee shop embodied this would be it. Love the aesthetic and loved the latte. Honestly some of the best in Nash. Great menu overall. Highly recommend

I ordered the Cappuccino as I wanted to see how this establishment executed one of my favorite drinks. I waited a few minutes for the friendly barista to prepare my order. It was well worth it! The drink was smooth, not too hot, and offered a nutty flavor that drew me in. In fact, I consumed the entire masterpiece on my 3 minute walk back to my Airbnb. If you go, expect to order from an outdoor window. It is very popular, and I am not sure about parking. I saw one outside table that was mostly shaded in the morning light. There may be inside seating? I was in a hurry and did not notice. When you are in the Edgehill area of Nashville, you simply must visit Osa.

It's the kind of place that has a very East Nashville vibe, with a building that appears to have been a former auto repair shop or something of similar nature. It's unpretentious, it's beautiful in its industrial revival way, it's a great place to meet a stranger. The space is very dog friendly and designed to be a place of pleasure, as opposed to a laptop environment. All and all, it just hits the spot incredibly well.

Quick and tasty stop for coffee and a breakfast sammie on our way to Radnor Lake on a Saturday…read moremorning! We managed to snag a parking spot on the street right in front of 8th & Roast, which is always a plus! There was no line when we got there - but you can tell that this is a popular spot on any day of the week. My husband and I sampled a few of their seasonal drinks - the Peppermint Bark latte, and the Pistachio latte. All of their food options sounded good (and smelled good) so we also ordered the "Old Fashioned" biscuit sandwich to-go. The coffee was delicious - I feel like there's a noticeable difference in taste from shops that roast their own beans. We also really liked the breakfast sandwich! The biscuit was thick and flaky, and the sausage, egg and cheese was warm and savory. We didn't stay indoors long - but this is absolutely the kind of coffee shop that I could see myself working remotely at for a few hours. This was a great start to the long weekend - we'll absolutely be back!

I've lived in this neighborhood for years and have always made my coffee at home. But back in 2017…read moreto 2019, I used to come here to work/study and accidentally discovered the breakfast burrito. And oh boy. I became addicted. Then COVID hit. Window pickup became a thing. That burrito was basically my emotional support animal throughout 2020. I ate it almost every damn day. It was $5.95 and genuinely one of the greatest things I had ever put in my mouth. Fast forward a few years. I hadn't had it in forever. Today I came back, craving my beloved COVID breakfast burrito. Sweet baby Jesus. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED. The audacity to call this thing a burrito should be investigated by the FBI. It's apparently wrapped in filo dough (pretty sure), which means it's baked, aggressively buttery, ridiculously doughy, and somehow almost raw underneath. This is not a burrito. This is a pastry having an identity crisis. The beans were basically the entire personality of the thing. Barely any vegetables. The egg tasted like it had been cooked twice, then sentenced to another cooking session inside the pastry. Everything was doughy, mushy, buttery, and sad. I took a few bites, stared into the distance, questioned my life choices, and eventually threw the damn thing away. And it's $10 now. Which I have absolutely no problem paying, IF THE BURRITO IS GOOD. The employees were very nice and kind, though. I don't know any of them and it seems like the whole crew is new, so this is absolutely not about them. But the only reason 8th & Roast remained on my personal breakfast map was that burrito. And now it's gone. RIP 8th & Roast breakfast burrito. 2017-2020. You were too good for this world.

It's just a nice, clean, attractive coffee house with really nice staff and great coffee. The biscuit I had was okay but small, but I came there for coffee. I ordered a pour over of their Worka Sakaro coffee bean, and I saw them brew it in a ceramic Kalita Wave and bring it to the table. I enjoyed it a lot! Just remember that, when you order something made with a specialty bean, it will usually taste different from just regular old coffee, and that's a good thing. Really, it's delicious! The people working there are very nice and very friendly. They do a great job at making people feel welcome. Parking can be tight in that area, but there is a parking lot next to it with validated parking. It's easier to figure out than some places I've been.
