"Sour" is not a word usually used to describe coffee, but that is exactly how my order tasted, and I'm still confused about what I actually drank. It was perhaps the worst coffee I've ever had, and I don't say that lightly! I ordered the cold brew with caramel foam. Visually, it looked great! They even sprayed it with edible glitter, which I thought was a fancy touch until I took a sip. The foam didn't mix well with the coffee at all, leaving weird, insoluble globules floating on top. I have no idea what they were, but I ended up discarding the whole drink. My partner ordered a sugar-free vanilla caramel latte. His was way too sweet, yet the coffee itself had a very weak, light flavor. The entire experience was a major letdown. I'm not sure if it was just a one-off mistake or if it's a flaw with that specific menu item. The menu itself is actually quite innovative, featuring options like a rose honey latte, banana foam latte, and matcha. However, after this experience, I'm hesitant to go back. The cafe was cozy and aesthetic, and the staff were extremely polite and sweet. Honestly, they were truly the only saving grace. read more

Super cuuuuute & clean spot, small but it's attached to some hotel so there's extra sitting in the lobby. We ordered iced caramel macchiatos with cold foam & they were really good, a hard 8/10. The breakfast sandwich was really yum even though it got a lil soggy after it got warmed up but still very very yummy. The chicken salad sandwich was good but the croissant was a lil too cold & hard. Overall a really nice and yummy spot, will check it back out next time i visit this summer. read more

This location is connected to the Thompson hotel. It is small but does have seating and natural light which makes it feel more open. There is some additional seating in the hotel lobby. The service was friendly. My husband enjoyed the gingerbread scone and said it was really filling and good but he eat it over 2 days. I enjoyed the coffee and love The French truck coffee out of NOLA, the pumpkin spice flavor could have been a bit stronger and it would have been perfect. read more

One of my favorite coffee places in Nashville. We absolutely loved the coffee here, but even more their pastries. We ordered the Maple Pecan Scone, which had an incredible flavor and it was very soft and moist. French Truck Coffee (we first had in Nola) is brewed here - a must try! Came for a visit this afternoon and my bf and I split an Iced Cuban and an Iced "North of the Sunset" - a red velvet latte with cheesecake cold foam and pink glitter - a creative blend with a beautiful presentation - thankfully not too sweet either. Killebrew is housed in the Thompson hotel in the Gulch, we found short term paid street parking within a few blocks (near Turnip Truck) costs about $2 for 30 mins. Highly recommend this amazing coffee shop with creative drink offerings and quality brew. The staff were so friendly and the vibe is very relaxing, not a lot of space but some cozy seating available indoors and outdoors. read more

Probably the worst iced latte I've ever had. The vibes are this coffee shop are so cute. But the lack of customer service & low quality coffee are enough to make me not want to return. The barista with the pink hair was so rude to nearly everyone when they were ordering. About 1/2 of my coffee was flooded with the "house-made" syrup which completely ruined the drink. I asked if I can get a cheaper coffee to replace this syrup & milk drink she made.. but was told it's too busy right now and it'll be a while before they would get to making me a new one. I was eating breakfast nearby and wanted to snag a coffee on my way out. Killebrew Coffee was close by and easy to get to! They are located inside a hotel but easy to get to from the lobby. There was a bit of a line but it moves quickly. Our drinks came up so fast! I opted for the Hot Girl Summer, which wasn't super flavorful, but it was really refreshing while hanging around Nashville outside in August. My sister loved the Gulchie. This coffee shop is inside the Thompson hotel. The line got really long on Sunday afternoon. But the workers were working as quick as possible. The line to order took over 10 minutes but my drink was made within 5 minutes. It's a really small coffee shop, but there are a few tables inside. It's best to just grab and go, honestly. I had a hibiscus iced tea and it was really refreshing. My cousin ordered basically a Vietnamese coffee and it woke her right up! Great place to grab a sip to start your day. read more

Parking is a bit difficult although there's a parking lot across the street with 1 hour free. Been here to get a matcha latte a few times, good matcha flavor, real matcha - not the sugary matcha mixed powder type. Today, I branched out and got a hot chocolate today without vanilla. Too sweet, not strong enough chocolate flavor, didn't like it very much. I've tried sips of a few coffees as well, including Queen Bee and Cuban - both really sweet and not much coffee flavor, wouldn't recommend the coffee here. Cute store, has some seats both indoor and outdoor, sometimes I see people sitting here to work, friendly employees. Matcha latte's good, don't like the coffee. read more

This was one of the pop in places for me. I had seen it but it wasn't on my list of places to go. Nonetheless I was glad I stopped in. They have a good selection of teas and a pretty decent work space. I needed to get some work done in between outings and this fit the bill. I definitely was on a conference call for like 2 hours so I didn't focus on too much else. The space is tidy and on the smaller side. It's attached to a hotel with a vest carving entryway. The baristas were funny and understood that I accidentally got hopped up on Chai because I forgot it has caffeine and needed something herbal.
