I have two torsion springs but only one was broken. Mr. Rush said he would have to replace both, which left me braced for a ridiculous qoute. I was pleasantly surprised when it was not! His quote for two was not much more than some quotes I received for one! When he came to the house he was super nice and professional. As he was fixing the springs he pointed out that some of the hinges on the door were broken. We started talking about how to fix them and he said he would replace them at no additional charge! The Liftmaster seems to rate well and he has it in stock. So far we've been very happy with it.
