We have just moved into a home in West Sacramento that is about 1400 sf. and has hardwood floors throughout. We lead very busy lives so I needed someone to assist with a deep clean and bi-weekly service. Patricia responded to my email almost immediately and came to my house the same day she called me in order to provide an estimate. The price she quoted was fair ($150 for a first time, $60+ for bi-weekly) and comparable to other companies, so I scheduled her to come this past Wednesday (5/27) for the deep clean. A crew of two arrived to clean the house, and they took about three hours to do the job. When we returned, everything looked AMAZING. The counters sparkled, the toaster shined, and the blinds, window sills, and baseboards all were cleaned perfectly. They missed the top of the fridge, but it was a small oversight compared to everything else they did perfectly. Even the brackets holding the toilet paper in the bathrooms were wiped down. No joke! I let Patricia know that we were happy with the results and want to stay on as regular customers. If anything changes, I will let you know. I guess I've been pretty lucky to have good experiences so far compared to the negative reviews. This was the only company that didn't have such a long wait for an appointment when I was first searching around. For a couple of months, I have had my usual cleaner come in routinely. She was sick one time and they sent in someone else, and I was worried the new cleaner wouldn't be as good, but she was just as great. Plus, they are extremely respectful and professional. My experience with SI was the first time I have ever used a cleaning service. I found a Groupon offer and figured this would help out with my apartment move-out cleaning. I set up an time with Patricia via email for a two hour appt. In two hours, she and her team were able to clean the bathroom, and most of the kitchen (including a very nasty oven and fridge). I would probably really say a 4.5...but they are very close to a 5 star! I purchased a groupon and scheduled an appointment with Patricia to come out to my home. She responded to emails within minutes it seemed and was very accommodating. The morning of our scheduled appointment she sent me an email that 2 of her girls had called in sick and could we reschedule. I normally wouldn't care, but my fiancée took the day off to let them in since it was the first time we had done business with them. When I explained this to her, she made it work and honored our appointment. 4 of them showed up, instead of the promised 2, and cleaned for 1.5 hours. My neat freak of a fiancée said that things were still dusty and he wasn't happy. When I emailed Patricia, without even going home to see the work myself, she immediately said that she wanted us to be happy with the work and would come back if I wanted her to. I let her know that since I had not seen the house yet I would judge it myself and get back to her in the morning. I understand that things like the blinds and fan blades were very, very dusty and only so much could be done in the hour and a half. After everything was said and done I am very happy with Patricia and SI! I came home expecting a botched job and found a clean and fresh smelling home. We have three dogs and a cat...despite my fiancé's initial complaints, Patricia and her team did a great job and their customer service is some of the best! I purchased the groupon for Supreme Impressions house cleaning. I called them 6 times before I was able to schedule an appointment. They did not contact me until more than an hour after they said they'd be there at which point they were lost and unable to find my house (which nobody has ever had any trouble with, it's right off of a major intersection). At that time I had to leave and was unable to let them into my house so they said they would reschedule. I called 3 times to reschedule and when I finally got a call back, they said they had no further availability and would not honor the Groupon. They suggested I contact Groupon for a refund. This company is absolutely AWFUL to try to work with. They never answer their phone, take days or weeks to call back and often have a voicemail box that is too full to leave a message. read more

Are you serious? My family was moving into a house and I needed someone to come in and give it a good cleaning and sanitizing for my little kids before we moved in. I found Supreme Impressions on Yelp and decided to go with them because they had such rave reviews. My experience was extremely disappointing. I really, really wanted to like this company, but they fell far from leaving a supreme impression on me, my family, my home, and my bank account! First off, I do have to say that Patricia is very nice and came to my house for an estimate. She seemed promising, as she looked around the whole house, swiping her finger on the counter tops and cabinitry to see how dirty they were and assured me that their cleaning would include items that we discussed. Though the house did not need deep down scrubbing all over, as it had been cleaned a few months ago after the previous owners moved out, the house is a good size and I knew it would be a big job just to surface clean. She wanted $400 for the full house to be cleaned, which was supposed to include vacuuming/mopping floors, disinfect kitchen & bathrooms, wipe down all baseboards, door frames, stair rails, light switches, electrical outlets, inside & outside of cabinets/drawers, counter tops, blinds & shutters, refrigerator, and to knock down all cob webs. I paid an additional $150 for them to clean the interior of the windows and tracks, as well. So that was a total of $550! She had a crew of 5 people cleaning my house the day I scheduled them to come. They stayed to "clean" for about 4 hours before they headed to their next job. They said they would need to come back the next day to finish my house. Patricia called the next morning and had to cancel due to a medical reason and would come the following day. Well, I did not expect them to not finish the first day and had already scheduled carpet cleaning for that AM of the following day. Patricia returned in the afternoon to finish the house cleaning after the carpet cleaning. Upon quickly inspecting the house after the cleaning, I checked the windows. They did a great job on cleaning the interior of the windows & tracks - some were quite disgusting! But, the rest of the house, eh. I noticed a white film on the counter tops, light switches & electrical outlets were not wiped, cob webs in recessed lighting, the inside of some drawers and cabinets were missed. I mentioned these and she had the one worker she had with her that second day clean the specific items I pointed out. She told me that they even cleaned the window shutters in our high-ceiling entry by using OUR ladder. They also used our ladder to clean the cobb webs in the recessed lighting that I pointed out. So... if we didn't have a ladder, how were they going to clean these items they had agreed to? After spending more time in the house before moving in, we started noticing more places that were missed - some of the stair banisters, light switches & electrical outlets were not wiped, more drawers and cabinets and doors were not wiped down and still had a layer of dust inside or splatters on the outside, spider webs still in some of the recessed lighting. After we moved in, we started seeing even more things that they missed and started to wonder what did they really clean besides the windows? The inside of more cabinets and drawers were still dusty and had splatters, dead ants in the edges of the carpet, cob webs in recessed lighting, and - would you believe this - the cob webs in every corner of the dining room were STILL there! Even a spider web cocoon thing in the corner - gross!! If you looked at the ceiling and lighting in that room, you could see that it wasn't even touched. I started wiping down the doors myself, after seeing what an incomplete job SI had done. I wiped splatters of the doors, and a thick layer of dust from each, and every door frame. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with the cleaning they did for the amount of money I paid. I wasn't going to write this review, but I felt that I needed to because I keep finding more and more items they did not clean in my house. Like I said, I really anticipated good service from all of the great reviews SI has received and Patricia made her crew sound so promising. I was even thinking that maybe I would become a regular customer, but have decided that this is now totally out of the question. Maybe they do a better job with smaller cleaning jobs? If that's the case, they should've never taken upon the job of cleaning my house. I certainly cannot recommend them for the larger cleaning jobs, like a move-in. My house just wasn't cleaned to make a supreme impression, and I am finding that I am cleaning things that I shouldn't have to. I'm just beyond disappointed in this company and really quite upset at how much I spent. =( read more

I purchased a 2-hour Living Social deal, and was able to easily schedule my appointment via email with Patricia. I explained my home and what I hoped the staff could accomplish in 2 hours, and she offered guidance. When a scheduling conflict came up, she emailed me with plenty of notice, asking if the cleaners could arrive a couple hours earlier than originally planned. She also emailed the day before to confirm, and a few hours after the cleaning to see how everything went. Her staff arrived 10 minutes early, which I really appreciated (better than arriving late!) and they did a great job. Patricia and her crew come to my house once a month and always do a very good job. They have worked for me for about a year and a half now. Patricia has gone above and beyond many times. I have 2 dogs and she has been known to clean up "accidents" which I would never expect anyone to do but me or my husband! I think sometimes people expect that their house cleaners are mind-readers and may be dissatisfied if something gets missed....so I find that leaving notes are helpful especially if there is something particular I need cleaned that might not be in the normal routine. Just this past weekend I hired Patricia and Ilona to come and help me clean up after my son's engagement party and they were extremely accommodating...showed up on time and got everything sparkling clean in less than an hour, which was important because that was what the venue required. Even though she was compensated for it I appreciated that she would take time out of her Saturday night to help me out! I've read some of the negative comments and feel it's unfortunate because I've never had problems communicating with Patricia and, out of a year and a half, I think she's only had to reschedule one time due to illness. read more

I spent a lot of time preparing for them to come and give a good clean and they were scheduled to come at 8:30 that morning. We waited quite a while for them to show up and then got a call 8:45 saying that they were short staffed and would not be coming. They said they could come the next day, however that was decorate and meal prep day so it would not work, I needed my house clean that day! Anyhow, I ended up having to do the scrubbing instead of food shopping to prepare for the party. I was absolutely exhausted trying to make up the time I lost cleaning. Had I known earlier that they would not show, I would have been able to allow for the time management, however, calling 15 AFTER the time they were to show is very rude and bad business. read more

I emailed Patricia numerous times over 2 days (the final email confirming went out Sunday) and finally settled on her coming to my house around 2pm on the following Wednesday. I didn't hear from her or see her at my house by 2pm so followed up on my last email received from her asking if we were still on. Mind you I took off work to be there. She claimed that she attempted to reach me via email to confirm the appointment and never heard from me. She had my phone number on each email and my website was in each signature of my emails to be able track me down if she truly couldn't get in touch with me by email---yet did not. Her excuse " I tried emailing you a few times to confirm" yet I had no email from her. When she sent me the emails she said she sent to me...they were addressed to herself and no where did it list me as a recipient. She then said that "Many people will set up an appointment but decide against them so i figured that is what you did. " Excuse after excuse. She then apologized and said we could set up another time to come out. I don't think so! In a time/economy where services such as these are a "nice to have" not a necessity...I would think she would have been a bit more professional and welcomed the new and promise of repeat business. read more

Made a reservation over a month in advance because they had "nothing else available before that date" the lady I spoke with was very rude but, after viewing so many positive reviews on yelp I decided it would be worth it to give them a shot. After waiting over a month for my reservation (and paying up front) and waking up early to clean a little bit, the clock stuck the time for them to be here, "no worries" I said to myself, "they'll surely arrive soon"....an hour later still not here. I called the company twice with no answer, when I texted their number though they answered very quickly asking if we could reschedule for tomorrow (well I am a double full time college student) and that is very intrusive, especially after molding my entire schedule around this time and date that they totally missed. They then claimed tomorrow would not work either, and Tuesday would be the next available. Well, this is ridiculous, what is a reservation for?...Well, as I understand it, it is to reserve and ensure your spot, but obviously this company does not understand that; If you reserve a car at a rental company (and pay up front) you expect that car to be there on your reservation's time/date. If you reserve your seat on airplane (and pay upfront) you expect the reservation to hold true and for it not to be an issue (not to mention the conflict created by not honouring one's reservation in all these situations). In my personal experience, this company is rude, unprofessional, unorganized, and lacking in communication with both, customers and employees; they may clean well, but if you want someone on time, whose professional, courteous and willing to do what it takes to keep customers satisfied do not go here. I highly advise any person(s) considering to use this cleaning company to go somewhere else I have worked with plenty of maids in my day, but this is the worst experience thus far. read more
