We had crab and pork XLB as well as truffle xlb. I honestly will probably go back to normla pork xlb. I mean it was still good though but nothing like your good'ol pork. There are other Chinese restaurants in the Seattle area with names that are more famous, but the food here is far better than at that other more famous restaurant chain. the xiao long bao and dumplings are excellent as you would imagine. We were lucky to get a reservation at this new location during its soft opening days. We've been to the location in Bellevue over the past few years so we're excited to try this new spot in Redmond. The food is just as good as we remember, especially the xiao long bao. We had the chicken, pork, and vegetarian xiao long bao, paired with the fried pork chop, truffle mushroom roll, and the truffle vegetable fried rice. We ended the meal with chocolate xiao long bao, simply divine! I do appreciate the color coding of the xiao long bao, pretty to look at and keep track of which ones have been eaten! From the moment we arrived, the restaurant stood out with its elegant exterior and modern design. It's one of the most visually stunning restaurants I've visited in the area. I was invited to the Friend & Family Soft Opening Event in June 2026. This event was to allow the staff to hone their craft. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. We had one dedicated person who took our order and checked in on us. Then they had staff that would bring food to the table. Twice, we got a dish that we didn't order. The kitchen staff consistently delivered delicious, beautifully presented dishes with excellent flavor. I had the Lemonade/Strawberry/Passion Fruit blended drink with Lychee jelly, 50% sugar. My personal favorite was the fried pork chop and wild mushroom fried rice, but all was all delicious! I have been been here several times and have not had a bad meal here. I would say the ambiance is not great and the lighting is cold but the food is what you come here for. It is less costly than Din Tai Fung and they have several delicious choices you can't get there. The truffle fried rice was recommended to me and it did not disappoint. Let's start off by saying I'm a fan of dumplings and without naming locations went to the DZ place often. Decided to try this new place based on word of mouth and it did not disappoint. Everything is a notch above, including the food, ambience, cleanliness, Service and attention to detail. I tried the pork chop fried rice and the mushroom fried rice, which was exquisite with lots of wok heh. Dumplings were top notch and I just came back from China with finicky palettes. To wrap things up I was just on a roll and had to try the desserts. On our first visit we loved the wonderful dumplings and service. Yesterday, my second visit, we ordered pork and rice because my friend had it here before and it was excellent. It was so awful -dry and tough meat and bland rice. We stopped eating. Our wonderful waiter had two orders of the same dish to go for us. With big apologies. We both had stomach problems. Yo, Supreme Dumplings in RTC is finally open! The aesthetics for the interior design is a 9/10 with a creamy, harmonious color palette. However, the design for the front entrance, host stand, and waiting area space is a bit tight and awkward for entering and egress. Aside from that minor detail, the general vibe and ambiance is lovely. Love that there's a more mindful and attractive interior design with elegant finishes compared to the hideous, random, tacky, and cluttered interiors sometimes setup in some other Asian restaurants. I ordered the Pork Wonton Noodle Soup. The soup broth was good, but the wontons were overly cooked as the wrapper was very mushy and falling off the filling. Also, the kitchen and food runner brought out the shrimp and pork wontons instead of the pork wontons. Big oops! I was in a rush to eat and get to a meeting so I just ate it anyways. The server, food runner, and crew member that stops by the table to settle the check via the POS device were all friendly and courteous. It's pretty cool they have someone dedicated to expediting the check out process instead of having to wait on your server, which is convenient and makes the service highly efficient for busy guests. It's a brilliant system to make the lunch and dinner rush go smoothly! I really appreciated that she left the POS device at my table to tap my card when I was ready to do so as I was packing my belongings to go.
