Our backyard project included new flagstone installation, drainage solutions, mortar work, and blending old and new materials together. The crew worked very hard and showed real craftsmanship throughout the project. Pita (Pete) was patient with our many questions and took the time to explain the drainage system and test everything carefully before finishing the job. He clearly has a lot of experience and wanted to make sure the water flow issues were properly addressed. The finished stonework looks beautiful and has completely transformed the space. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, the effort to preserve and reuse existing flagstone where possible, and the willingness to work through challenges as they came up. The project required creativity and problem-solving, and we felt the team genuinely cared about the final outcome. Thank you to Pita and the crew (which includes his hard-working son, Pete) for helping bring our backyard vision to life!

The situation was disappointing and frustrating to say the least, so I took matters into my own hands and called LA Concrete Works to see if they can fix the job for me. After reviewing the job and settling on a final start date, I could already see that this team was exceptional at what they do. Joe was communicative, ready to answer any question, and very lovely to work with - he is very detailed and came to visit the site often despite their busy schedule. Sydney at the main office was so understanding and a rockstar at keeping me up to date on the plan of action. Luis, Jose, and the install team were courteous, neat, and most of all extremely competent - they know what they are doing and they do it really well. If you are browsing Yelp right now to look for a landscaper, you can stop your search since Flores Artscape is incredible. I was looking to redo my backyard since it was a little outdated and my old deck was starting to fall apart. Not only did Flores call me back right away, but they also quickly scheduled a consultation appointment and did a thorough walkthrough to show me their recommendations and ideas. I went with everything they suggested and I couldn't be happier. The finished product (new pavers, turf, plants, lighting, etc.) looks amazing. It feels like I have a high-end yard that matches my recently remodeled house. And the best part: their pricing is very competitive! I didn't pay an exorbitant amount and still feel like my new backyard looks expensive. Flores finished the job in only a couple weeks and the work team was at my house every day. I am so, so happy with the results and can't wait until they can come back and redo my front yard next. Hire this company immediately if you're looking for a landscape job. You will be very pleased.

I would like to recommend Ivan's Masonry for your outdoor improvement projects if you are looking…read morefor outstanding craftsmanship and value for your money. We hired Ivan's Masonry for two jobs: driveway renovation and a new stairway with walkway. From onset it was a long journey for us figuring out what material we will be comfortable with. Ivan patiently consulted us on every available material: concrete, stamping, coloring, and many styles from different providers of concrete pavers. None really resonated with our vision. After a month of research we ended up selecting clay pavers for their traditional look and lasting quality. The problem was that no contractor in our area would even consider working with clay pavers. Initially Ivan also refused but with some prodding he actually agreed to install clay pavers and did an amazing job. The team would start consistently punctually at 7 am and worked full days. Ivan, the owner, would work on the job 100%, including operating the equipment and setting the pavers. The site was kept reasonably clean and the process was well organized. We love the results. Our house became the model for the street as a first house with pavers. Many people complimented on the improvements and expressed the desire to contract with Ivan's Masonry. From our initial appointment, to the final touches on my…read morehardsscaping, my experience with Titan Pavers has been nothing short of exceptional. 1) The proposal phase - Max was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and came at our appointed time to evaluate the scope of the work. I was looking to install pavers over ~1500 sq feet in my back and side yard, with planting areas and an artificial turf corner for my dogs to do their business. Max immediately took note of the drainage issues that I had on my property and came up with a very technically sound plan of installing a sump pump and draining the water onto the street. I was fearful of the cost as it sounded like a lot of labor involved (and it was!), but I was pleasantly surprised that his quote was in-line with the other quotes I received that did not have a drainage plan. After a couple of very professional and kind email exchanges back and forth, we were able to negotiate a final price that I was happy with without compromising the look I was going for. 2) Work phase - Max estimated that the work would take 2 weeks, and they completed it in 1.5 weeks. What a crew he had! They were amazingly efficient and professional. They had to manually haul away 4 full containers of dirt to get my property at the right drainage levels. Max came every day to check on progress, and his onsite foreman was there the entire time to make sure everything went smoothly and it did! I was so impressed with the amount of coordination the team had. The last thing to be done was to install the tiles that I bought for the stair risers. They ended up being a bit too large and each one had to be cut down to size. It was very labor intensive, but Max was okay with it because his motto during the entire time was "I want you to be completely happy with the result". And I totally was. My yard is gorgeous with the "Spanish courtyard" feel that I was going for! 3) The aftermath - We had a full day of rain this past week in our area and it was a great way to see how the drainage worked. We used to have puddles form all over our property after a rainy day (mosquito heaven!), but now my entire yard properly drains out to the street. No more puddles. No more overflow water rushing into my back neighbor's yard. It was perfect. I am looking forward to working with Titan Pavers again once it's time for me to repave my driveway. I recommend them 100%!

They transformed the outside of our home, and it now looks and feels like a magazine spread! Just today, I received compliments from two separate strangers on the front yard. We constantly get compliments on the appearance of our home. Samantha was the landscape architect who created the design, and it was amazing to see her lay out the vision. She saved us space in ways I definitely couldn't have conceived of on my own. She said the remodel would be like doubling our living space, and she was right! Scott oversaw the construction from start to finish. He was very attentive and obviously cared about and was fully invested in the success of the project. He had an expertise with plants and gave great guidance to give me the colors I wanted in plants that would work for our space and the SoCal heat. I am constantly smiling at the plants Scott suggested. They are thriving, and I wouldn't change a thing. The crew was respectful, clean and did a beautiful job. It was a long project, but Pacific Outdoor kept their initial timeline. Our main reason for going with Pacific Outdoor was that they were a one-stop shop. They could do everything. They truly delivered, and it is better than we ever imagined! It was so easy to look at their choices and select what we wanted. They had a wide variety of design choices. We replaced most of the grass in the back with their pavers and used the same pavers for our driveway. They look fantastic. We have a neighbor that had Pacific Outdoor build them a firepit that they love. We received great guidance and attention from the full team all along the way. They didn't quit until the project was finished to our satisfaction.
