Sometimes the best meals find you when you least expect them. I landed at Supreme BBQ while helping my mother through car trouble in the shopping center, and as a thank you she ordered us a 1/2 brisket, a brisket sandwich, and 10 smoked wings to take home. An unplanned detour that turned into a happy discovery. The smoked wings earned the top spot. Terrific flavor, and none of that rubbery skin you get with grilled wings. The mild carries no real heat, but the sauce does all the talking and it is excellent. The brisket was moist, flavorful, and clearly handled with care. They offer their own BBQ sauces, which are cool, but that wing sauce is what I was dreaming about. A side of it with the brisket would have been something special. Consider this my gentle plea. Clean store, kind staff, and I was greeted within a minute of walking in. That warmth goes a long way. Would I return? Absolutely. Would I recommend Supreme BBQ to friends? I know prices are up but the serving is already small for a $24 dollar meal, ordered 2 piece combo and i got brisket with alot of fat and the burnt edge of it too. I ate 4 slices of brisket and 1 piece of the ribs on that picture but its just not right adding that burnt fat edge. Not coming back for sure read more

Welcome to Supreme Barbecue restaurant in Lanham-Seabrook area. This is Filipino bbq inspired by Texas style cooking. This restaurant is located in the shopping center nearby the Bank of America. It's easily accessible for persons with ADA needs. The service was friendly as I was greeted by nearly all of the staff. There is lots of available dining space is you choose to eat in the restaurant. I decided to order al a carte having the brisket (fatty) point and Smoked wing(ettes). The brisket was very tasty and tender; however, the fat wasn't rendered properly. Despite not having a better fat render the slices from the point were juicy, developed a bark decent that was slightly gritty, absorbed good smoke, and enjoyable. The smoked wing was good and I did noticed quite a bit of feathers left on the wing itself. I'm not sure if this was due to a more affordable lower quality product or not properly inspecting the meats they cook presented to the customers. I did have the boba Thai tea which was very delicious and did not make the posted photos. Next time I'll order it half sweet but man was it good. Overall this is not a bad spot to have bbq. Note I did not try the pork ribs today so I do not have a fair review to give them. The looked and smelled amazing. Overall 3.2 of 5 from today's experience. My considerations: inspection of the meat qualities especially for the poultry products. For the brisket at some point later during the cook bumping the temps up a bit higher to help render the fat more or simply trim out the untended fat at the end of your cook. Also though the bark looked good and you had a good salt content just monitor the seasoning stage to avoid some of the grittiness developed on the bark. Got this 1lb of supposed to be juicy brisket that looks like scraps you would give to a dog. At first the manager (maybe owner) fixed something for me regarding payment to make the service good but once I got home and seen this is what they gave me I feel like they said give her the scraps in their language. read more

Brisket family feast inside with delivery curbside because my COVID dog howls if I leave him alone in the car (fortunately, I got a spot right in front of the door, so he could watch me go in and order). The cashier asked me how I wanted my brisket (fatty, juicy, or lean), which was the first time I recall ever being asked that question. I went with lean. The package came with two large sides, so I ordered the Mac and cheese and the collard greens. Everything was delicious, especially the brisket, which was smoked perfectly. Ordering it lean did mean less fattiness, so a little BBQ sauce the cashier provided even thou I forgot to ask was excellent for the very few dryer parts. Went there to get some boba tea for my daughters but after seeing the BBQ menu decided to try it out. Got some ribs, collard greens and some french fries. I love BBQ and my expectations are very high and this was just...ok. I have to admit that I had a strong preference for Texas style BBQ with the dry rub but this is more southern style. The meat was lacking flavor and the sauce was doing all the work. The greens and french fries...also just ok. I don't think I would see myself coming back here for BBQ. read more

Food Delivery Order - Burned to the Bone - one slab of highly salted and charred pork ribs. The saltiness was akin to a pre-soak of salt (brine). The heavy handiness could not have been a seasoning . Never serve the customer something you would not pay to eat! Great full long bone ribs. The flavor on these ribs are the best in the area. The mango boba tea I had was pretty good too. I ordered 3 slabs of ribs, 2 of the 3 slabs of ribs were charred so badly to the point of not being edible. Before I ordered I asked the muscle bound male cashier could my ribs not be super charred, because the ribs on top be very juicy and succulent, but the bottom row of ribs be burnt, or charred where it is not edible. He said " Alot of customers complain, but that is how we do it, cause we cook it with the sauce." I have been to this location about 10 times and my ribs have not always been charred to the point of it being inedible. This location is like hit or miss. (The cashier has this pompous attitude toward me. I am not pulling the racism card, but his body language, speech and disposition is totally different when he talks to people that favor him).I have encountered more misses at this location. Stopped by for a quick bite to eat. The outside signage says Leons but when I went inside the signage was completely different. I didn't realize there were two stores inside the same place, but I did order a 1/4 pork ribs. They taste fine. Nothing spectacular though. I saw many of the same things for sale as the old Leons. And I believe I saw the same people. So I decided to dig into it a bit and found out Leon's BBQ is forfeited with state of maryland (expired in 2016) but was still being operated. The owner of Leons is now the Resident Agent for the new company (W21782461) and also still has the same owner address as the old Leons (T00335833). So what I gather from this is it is basically a rename of the old company with the addition of a sub business in the store. The sauces are the same as before. I honestly have no idea what the other 1 star reviews are talking about. Boyfriend and I ordered via Uber eats and the food is AMAZING. We ordered the 1/3 quarter ribs combo and the 2 meat combo. I got the ribs with fries plus a side of candied yams and baked beans. I also got a slice of sweet potato pie. The boyfriend got smoked chicken and brisket along with yams, corn, baked beans, and cornbread. It was GOODT. The ribs were delicious, the fries were crispy, the beans were delicious with a hint of jalapeño, good little kick. The chicken was juicy and smokey. The brisket was tender. The cornbread was the only thing that was possibly at the bottom of the totem pole but it was still good. And let me tell you: when I took the first bite of the sweet potato pie, I had to pause. I was transported to a realm of nirvana where faeries and other magical creatures helped me to delight in the deliciousness. It definitely tastes homemade and delicious.
