My transaction was fairly easy but I did notice that this location also has a self-checkout Amazon drop off. The staff is very attentive and patient! I noticed how they assisted customers with different type of drop offs that were time consuming. Save yourself time by making sure you have everything properly wrapped and labeled correctly. If you have an email with shipment instructions, make sure you have it handy. Don't be afraid to ask for help. And of course, ask for a receipt to show proof of shipment. I was shipping a laptop via USPS--I planned on getting the tape and packing it at home. The owner asked if I only needed the tape to ship the laptop, which I happened to have on me that day. I said yes, and he went to a storage room to find a box that would fit my computer, then packed IT FOR ME, and told me that there was no need for me to buy the tape. I offered to give him money for helping me out, but he declined and said it was no problem. He even told me that for the weight of the item, it would be cheaper to go down the street and ship it at the post office. The owner's a quality person. This kind of customer service is hard to come by, so definitely go if you need to ship, copy, or fax something.

Would give a 0 star review if I could…read more I received a package on 2/6, the driver basically tossed the package on to my porch and left it in plain sight of the street and sidewalk , besides having specific instructions not to do that , it was just pure laziness and disrespect from the driver. About 2-3 minutes after my delivery an individual came on to my porch and grabbed not only my package from FedEx but several other Amazon packages that were correctly delivered out of site. Amazon quickly refunded me for the items even though it wasn't their driver that blatantly made the mistake. I contacted the shipper just incase but they told me to contact FedEx since it was their driver. I have been on a long phone battle back and forth with FedEx , all they keep telling me is that the package says it was delivered and that's that . Not sure how the way their " trained " driver isn't responsible for incorrectly delivering my package that resulted in theft . I have received 2 voicemails from a Josie , first said the same as the rest . I called back 3 times during business hours and then finally received a phone call late in the evening which I missed because I was at work . The voicemail said they're closing the case and that they had tried to reach me 4 times which is a complete fabrication . I posted the video on my next door app and one of my neighbors showed me a video from their ring camera of my driver and the individual that stole my packages talking and having a laugh about it . This is completely disgusting and the fact that FedEx will not assume responsibility. What a joke this company is. I have sent my own videos along with my neighbors, the voicemails and screen shots of call logs to the authority's and several news outlets. FedEx had the chance to make this right but declined .
