The pair of movers I booked arrived right on time on the big day, a little before the POD showed up. But once it did, I turned them loose on the pile of boxes and furniture, and they blew through it like it was nothing. They had my 16 foot pod a little over 3/4 full in a little over an hour, and secured the items to finish up. They texted with me back and forth in advance on a few specialty items I had (keyboard, paintings, plants) to make sure they accounted for those in the move. The crew showed up on time , was very fast, efficient, courteous, and hard-working I would definitely recommend them to others! We've never hired movers before so having someone take apart our bed (for example), move it and re-assemble it was really nice especially when moving with two small kids. The only downside was that the truck they arrived with was not big enough so we needed to do 3 trips which added time/cost. The interior of the house took about 2 truck loads which means the trucks really accommodated a 1br/1ba each. They didn't charge me mileage so the impact on a local move wasn't too bad but if you're moving further I'd inquire about a larger vehicle.
