Will never take packages to this place again. Took a prepaid usps package to Ship District only to…read morehave it not get shipped. Tried tracking it and there has been zero movement. The guy that helped me just told me to put the package behind me on the shelf, which I thought was weird because it didn't feel safe to just leave it there. Someone could just come in and steal it, which I won't be surprised if that was the case and now it's just lost. Now I'm out a couple hundred dollars. Don't bring your packages here.

The person who helped me back then was rude and unhelpful, and I left thinking I'd never return. Fast-forward to now: I was in the middle of a move and needed boxes urgently, so I decided to give The Box Depot another try. I'm so glad I did! I was helped by Moises, who completely changed my impression of the store. He was friendly, funny, patient, and went above and beyond -- answering all my questions, helping me find exactly what I needed, and even offering to carry everything to the car. If it weren't for Moises, I never would've gone back -- but because of him, I absolutely will. He's a gem, and I hope he's there every time I visit. They package my art so safely and beautifully and with such kindness and care.
