Freshly chopped scallions danced on top. It was a nice, light soup. For my entree, I had cheesy noodles (mild) with fried tofu. This was interesting- I've never had what's essentially Thai Mac and cheese before. For the record, my tastes are more on the savory side of the noodle-verse, and this dish was slightly sweet, with a hint of curry, scrambled eggs, and some broccoli. The creaminess was good and the cheese was sufficiently melty. I just think I personally prefer a more savory noodle dish!

I've been a repeat customer of Suphan, even I'm living 1 hour+ away and never have they ever let me down. Let me tell you, they serve the most authentic Thai food one should have once in their life. My go-to is Pineapple Thai Fried Rice and Pad Thai with medium spice. But sometimes I'll treat myself with their Papaya Salad and Fried Crispy Bananas. Everything is always tasted well! They have such a very bright, "Thai" atmosphere within the business. I'm appreciate with the fact that the owner and most employees there recognize me even I'm no longer be there as often like before. The reason I'll always be coming to this business is because 1) their food is good, 2) employees are friendly, and 3) none of the Thai business in the area I'm living in can replicate any Thai dish - only the authentic can do that! read more
