    Absolutely the worst customer service ever.

    Completely unacceptable and counter to my previous experience with SuperShuttle. I won't ever use them again. I am used to walking out of BWI and reservation in hand step into a shuttle within 5 or 10 minutes. The SuperShuttle app which is quite good makes that happen. When you land and turn on your phone you have a text message with a link to the app which allows you to report your status - Landed, off the plane, have luggage, at the curb. On 28 June that all went as expected. When I got to the curb the SuperShuttle coordinator said it would be at least an hour for a van. I said that was not acceptable and I wanted a refund and would take a cab. She said I had to call their 800 number. I did that where the automaton said the wait time to an agent was an hour and a half. Not okay. I went back to the coordinator who shrieked at me that I was stalking her and she would call the police and then stalked off. I'm uploading a picture of this horrid person. At that point a policeman walked over and I learned that SuperShuttle has lost their contract with BWI due to complaints and poor performance. That is why they are out on the curbs with other pick-ups and drop-offs and not in the lanes with cabs and hotel shuttles. Although painful I was able to get a refund eventually from SuperShuttle. Never again. Not anywhere. For such behavior to be tolerated by a company is a clear indication that they do not deserve my business. Cabs and Uber for me going forward. UPDATE later in the day. You have to give credit to SuperShuttle for watching social media. They reached out and we exchanged email. So far their response is "don't worry we'll take care of it." I have little confidence. When I get a chance I'll post the video of the aberrant "customer service agent" screaming and ranting at me. The challenge for them is that we must have faith in our transportation providers. A few minutes one way or the other can mean the difference between making a flight, a meeting, or even just waking family. When the bond of trust with a service provider is broken it is not easily mended.

    If you're thinking using it...don't. One of the worst experiences ever. "Check-in" on my phone and go outside where I'm supposed to speak to an attendant that isn't there. 20 minutes pass and I call their phone number...the CSR says stay where I am and the shuttle will be on the way. 10-15 mins later a shuttle comes but says he's not headed to MD but DC. Finally an attendant shows and says a shuttle will be there in 45 mins. I'm in disbelief and she catches an attitude. As I type this I'm still waiting to hop on a shuttle and it's been well over an hour since I landed. Just make alternate arrangements if possible. Extremely disorganized and the bad customer service was the icing on the cake. Got home 3 hours after my flight and after pricing what my trip would have been on Lyft I would have spent $1 less. Lesson learned.

    Still 1-star, but wanted to update that I received a refund. Still out $40 for an Uber and a lot of wasted time, but there's that.

The credit was absolutely refused, given your lack of understanding and inability to resolve a simple issue within 20 minutes of phone time. Yikes! -- After 2 positive experiences, things unfortunately took a negative turn with Next Destination Transportation. The owner, admittedly, is underway in a busy season and sent zero text messages (as he has done in the past) to confirm a scheduled pick-up. Miscommunication on both ends perhaps and the terms and conditions are spelled out on the website but it seems he picks and chooses when he wants to follow them. In the spirit of fairness, the cars have been clean and the drivers have been professional...until now. What I won't do is stay on the phone for 20 minutes repeating myself. I simply encourage all of you to get confirmation by phone, email, AND text if you don't want your full payment to be a donation to the business. =)
