The quote was wrong, the movers were slow and one was exceptionally unprofessional (by any standard) cost me over 3x my estimate and there was damaged property involved and issues with fixing the problems. Don't use them. A pick up truck and 2 guys from the nursing home could be faster. I was so disappointed. 11.5 hrs instead of 3 and a half. I extensively itemized all my property as instructed as well. Should have been no issues. I wont post pictures of the day because I dont think it's fair to show them not being efficient.

They asked that we update our review, and we told them we would do so once we actually received the refund. The refund showed up today, so here we are updating the review as promised. That said, the company continued to be somewhat pushy after our original review, repeatedly asking us to change it. We understand that a negative review isn't helpful for their brand, but our original review was simply an honest summary of our experience. Ultimately, I personally would not recommend this company. After three attempts to schedule and complete the work, they contacted us at the exact time of the third rescheduled appointment to let us know they would not be coming. At that point, we went with another company that completed the job within 24 hours of us reaching out, and for a similar price. We're not going to say you should completely avoid this company, but we would recommend being cautious and having a backup plan in case things don't go as expected. We ask that the company stop contacting us regarding our review or expressing their dissatisfaction with it. Our review reflects our genuine experience, and we stand by what we shared. After being showed the materials to be moved, he didn't make any notes about the items to be moved, yet he gave me a quote. and I agreed on the price. When I talked with the owner Nick about the method of payment, he absolutely refused to accept a cashier's check. He was concerned about the check bouncing. I had to explain to him how cashier's checks worked. On the day of the move, they showed up in a Uhaul, one guy was late, and two of the 3 guys showed up smelling of alcohol. I walked them through the items that we had agreed that were to be moved. They told me that they were on a two hour schedule and some of my things would not be moved. Explained that I was simply paying to have my things moved, I didn't have control over how smart they worked. They called their owner Nick who was extremely unprofessional, apparently the young man who gave me the quote had mistakenly failed to list many of my items. (remember he didn't write anything down during the walk through and had just made up an incomplete list. Even though he had not been present during the walk through, and have not seen for himself what the items to be moved, he swore his employee had not made a mistake,. I tried to reason with him,but he would not relent. I was only going to get 2 hours of work regardless of how fast his crew worked. Well, what kind of work do you think you might get from workers who are inebriated? These guys worked like zombies for two hours and of course didn't get the job completely done, and I was left with a house full of furniture. Nick showed up to view the proceedings, and only made matters worse. Zero people skills. Unwilling to take responsibility for his mistakes. No concern for customer satisfaction. All he was concerned about was getting his money. Because I needed to move right away, I was forced to hire them again to come back the the next day to complete the job. Two guys showed up. One of them screamed like a little girl when he saw a spider in the basement. He immediately got on the phone to ask Nick to cancel the job. Nick wanted the money, so he told the guy over the phone to go back to work. I had to get a broom to scare away the spider (which by the way, I never saw) before he would go back to work. Later, he called Nick again because he thought he saw a mouse turd on the coffee table. I had to use my finger to show him it was just ash. This would have been funny if it wasn't happening to me. Save yourself from this comedy-drama train wreck. Find a more reputable company.

Both times, I was not as organized as I wanted to be, and needed some help with packing some piles into boxes (I do not know how to pack, I always make the boxes too heavy).
