I had to pawn a necklace because I had bad accident and was out of work for few months. I was given a date for the last day to pick up my item so I didn't lose it and was told multiple times 12/29/2025. I tried to pick it up earlier that week on Monday and called when I left work at 6pm to see exact price so I could make sure I had it and could pick it up unfortunately I didn't make it before they closed. so on the 29th I left work 2 hrs early to make sure I could pick it up and I called to see how much the charge for not having paper would be since I didn't want to waste time stopping at home for the paper and end up not making it before they closed when I called I was told only one item was available because the necklace was sold that morning. I dont know why for a whole month when I called to see about renewal and to make sure they new I was wanting to get it back they would tell me each time for month that it was due the 29th and then day of tell me it was due the 28th and the item was sold. they said they could ask the purchaser if they would give I back and get a full refund but it wasn't guaranteed I feel like an employee bought it and that's why I was given the wrong day multiple times in a months period. so now I am told im SOL because there is nothing they can do since they messed up read more

The guitar is worth at least 600 in its current condition. I suggest you be smart next time.. and just do the quick google search. This was an actual good pawn shop until Phillip became the manager. I went in to sell my computer and discovered it was missing a key on the keyboard. I asked if they sold keyboards. They said no and they didn't buy them either. As fate would have it a woman with two keyboards entered. I asked if I could buy her keyboards, the manager said I couldn't conduct business in the store so I would have to buy her keyboards outside. I waited outside for 10 minutes, and when I walked in to find out what was taking so long, the woman informed me the manager bought both of her keyboards. Wow i do a lot of business with this place and sell a lot of products to this location and wow. The guy was super rude to me. Don't bring a guitar here. I brought in my dads guitar it was clearly vintage and a fender. I even searched up the ones that was selling and this man was like well i need paper work on that. I'm like bro my dad gave it to me how can i have paper work and prove it's vintage? can you not tell by the red in the middle? or condition? i told him straight up your not clearly a expert. He argued and said he wasn't and never said he was. So why would i be doing business with someone like that? for now on don't bother bringing your guitars. Surprisingly i did get a good offer from them a year ago with my Martin but older guitars they don't take the extra step to see what type model and make it is. Ok I will let you in on a little secret, while some enjoy consignment stores, I like pawn shops, it amazes me the things people bring in, especially with today's day and age, it's not that hard to sell your unwanted items on CL. I think my enjoyment of pawn stores happened when I was younger and would go to pawn stores with my grandpa who was always looking for the next big treasure find. I'm sure if he was around he would be one of the biggest repeat customers on Antiques Roadshow just to learn the item he paid 50 bucks for was in fact worth 10 haha but that's how my love of Pawn Shops started. I had some time to waste and stopped into SuperPawn, yea sure they didn't have a lot of things, but this isn't a huge store, but what I did find was great customer service, super friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. I did see tvs, pcs, dvd's, video games, jewelry and some other random things. I did wind up picking up a 22" flat screen tv for 70 bucks, its perfect size for the bedroom & Xbox . They don't have the most widest selection of items and some things are overpriced, but with pawn shops it is always a hit and miss. It is a small store but they have a variety of things that most pawn shops have. They do have a pretty good jewelry selection, not extensive but it seems like they take in quality items. It is usually pretty busy but they have enough staff to get you out of there in a decent amount of time. It's like my mom always says: I wouldn't hit a dog in the *** with it. read more

When I go to visit my best friends in Chandler, I always stop by at this Pawn shop. One its closer to the house (10 min drive) Two, I always find great stuff in this pawn shop. Just recently I have purchased a really nice 1.5 ct solitaire diamond GIA Certified for a very significant amount of money. Ines Hunter was excellent knowing exactly what I was looking for each time I visit and she negotiated with the price and she nailed it!!! When I estimated the value its 4x more that what I should have paid for. AWESOME PURCHASED. I will definitely visit again and again. read more

Wish I could give it zero stars. Let me pawn an item with a passport as ID but when I went to pick it back up a few weeks later they wouldn't let me pick it up with the same passport I used to pawn it. The assistant manager who said he didn't remember me but somehow knew who helped me said sorry you need a state ID. Since when is a federal passport from the United States not proper identification? They never told me I would need a state ID to retrieve the item when I did pawned it in the first place. Just poor customer service. I never would have done that if I had to go sit at the dmv for 3 hours to get an ID card to retrieve my item. I will never return to this place and recommend no one else goes either. read more

hey there guys, my name is antonio & i'm really disappointed at super pawn located on the cross streets of n. arizona avenue & elliot rd. in chandler, i went to the business to take out my drone from the pawn, as i left with my merchandise the people at the counters reassured me that no one has gotten into my item, but once i got home and opened it up there was no charging unit included, as there was when i had dropped it off in the beginning, i'm rendering a formal complaint against them, calling them tomorrow monday morning to see how this issue can be resolved .... an unhappy client. read more

I purchased a rifle from them and I had a problem with the trigger sticking and not resetting so I took it to a couple different locations to have them check it out and it was confirm that was the problem was the trigger. I reach out to Superpawn specifically the location that I purchased it at and I was told there was nothing they can do the rifle is sold as is. I won't be shopping here anymore and I advise anyone else looking for a rifle or a gun to not purchase at this location. read more

A few months ago I thought this place actually ran as a business. I called to see if they accept robot vacuums. The female who answered the phone said yes, she asked the manager in charge Helen. The femlae on the phone, asked if Inwas pawning or selling. I said pawning, she said ok we can give you $40. I get there, after being humiliated... Inez walks off in frustration saying no we don't do those, I said the female on the phone said you do. Inez says no, she's new shes in training. I said well I heard her and the manager discuss it while I was on the phone. Helen then comes to the front, after Inez mumbles something to her, and says oh we can do 25.00 if you sell it. As I'm walking out Helen decides to tell me that is why we dont give quotes over the phone. I told Hele, that would be great information, but I didn't request a quite. She voluntarily gave me a quote over the phone. Then, Helen, contradictsherself and says, I I shes is new and I'm sorry. The worst experience ever. I'm like what kind of backwards bs you guys have goin on.... from reading others reviews this place has completely went to crap. I normally don't write reviews but I had went to sell some dvd's & DS games to get some extra cash. I kind of felt weird doing so but All the employees were so kind and helpful. I ended up buying a 32 inch flat screen for a great price. I live on the west side. I drove all the way home and The remote didn't work and one of the speakers were blown only when you plug the cords in the back to hang it on the wall. So I drove all the way back to exchange it. Josh was so understanding and even exchanged it for a better tv straight across. No out of pocket cost. I am very grateful. Both times the same lady helped me but I didn't get her name.
