The menu has just three dishes, three rice bowls in vegetarian, meat or fish versions, all for approx 8€ and a bunch of yummy baked goods and fresh-squeezed juices. I ordered the chicken and rice bowl that was super satisfying and healthy with a very memorable beet purée that was just divine. My one critique was that it was a little under-seasoned, so be sure to add some soy sauce or salt to perk things up. Turned out to be sooooo good together with the bread. Without the bread it's pretty boring! 2) ground beef with creamy creamy creamy bechamel gratinée, eggplants that actually didn't destroy the soup (I don't like eggplants so I'm sensitive to the taste), sweet onions. This also taste really good with the bread! The buns are freshly baked each morning and delivered from the bakery of Eric Kayser. The menu changes daily. That explains all the preparation they do in the morning thus not being able to take orders. Both soups were made to taste perfect with the toasty bun. The soft crispy bread definitely makes a difference!! It completes the creamy thick soup SO MUCH. It's not a runny liquid soup as I thought. It's more like a bread bowl with lightly flavoured and creamy sauce. Together it's really good. Staff is on and off nice. Generally nice people! Customers are not nice.
