J'ai patiemment expliqué à plusieurs reprises que je souhaitais simplement la même boisson que celle que j'avais appréciée le matin même. Le barista chargé de la préparation n'était non seulement pas familier avec la recette standard, mais s'est montré impoli et dédaigneux. Malgré mes clarifications répétées, il a préparé la commande à contrecœur. Le résultat fut une boisson froide, sans aucune mousse de lait - rien à voir avec la qualité du matin. Après avoir passé beaucoup trop de temps à expliquer et à attendre, j'étais tellement épuisé par l'interaction que j'ai fini par accepter la boisson ratée sans prolonger la situation.
