    All amazing!

Omg I love this place. I understand the hype. I understand the lines. I understand. It's probably odd to line up for Australian brunch in the middle of Paris, but at least I didn't wait in line heh. The original plan was to get there at 9 AM but of course that didn't happen. We arrived around 9:45 AM and was lucky enough to get the last corner seating at the communal table. I basically wanted everything on the menu but my wallet would have been angry at me. So I settled for poached eggs, hash browns, and bacon - classic. Friend got poached eggs, mushrooms, and beans. Another friend got the savory pancakes but we forgot to ask what the champs were... So good. So so good. I loved the savory pancakes - considering usually the pre-dosed maple syrup would have been too much. But with the bacon and eggs, the combination was perfect. Hash was very average. Mushrooms and beans were great! I should have gone for that combination instead. Love the vibe, love that I could comfortably speak English, love the playlist, etc, etc. Shout out to the super cute host/waiter. Totally wish this was in the States instead. Second location please!

An absolute YES! And worth the wait. As an American I was a little miffed that we were eating brunch in Paris, which is such an American thing to do. But this Australian influenced spot is first of all adorable (and tight) inside and it was one of the best brunches I had! With Fresh OJ (of course), I had scrambled eggs with a side of hash brown and beans and salad. The hash brown was a solid ball, but was crunchy and delicious. Nothing like the greasy and overwhelming mess of potatoes they give you at the diners of NJ. My salad was so fresh! And the beans were chunky and a wonderful accompaniment to my eggs. FYI pancakes are over by the morning.

Best Americanized breakfast you can have while in France. They play American music too. This place reminds me of being in brooklyn, and having breakfast. You can choose two eggs any style with any two sides, varying from bacon, sautéed mushrooms, hash brown, and even salad. They give large portions for their food, and their cappuccino are heart shaped designed. My seating area was well lit, communal type high chair bench park type tables, where I met many Americans. Breakfast was delicious and healthy feeling. Highly recommended for egg lovers :)

Stumbled upon this gem while scouting through yelp for a place to eat. Located on the M4 line, the place is less than a 10 min walk from the metro. The area right outside the metro is filled with beggars, and street hawkers aggressively throwing themselves at you to sell their wares which is extremely annoying. Tucked in one of the quieter lanes, the joint was bustling with activity even on a week day. After over 30 minutes of waiting were were seated only to realize that brunch was only available till 1pm on weekdays (bummer!....was hoping to try their raved about fried egg with pancakes). Even though the speciality brunch menu isnt available, they do offer eggs made to order with sides thru the day... Bonus!! We got coffee with creme (there is something special about the European coffee.... Absolutely delicious!), I got the poached eggs with baked beans & housemade sausage patties & my brunch date got the fried eggs with chorizo & hash brown. We also got the warm goat cheese...mmmm... Divine! We wrapped our meal with the chocolate cake based at the rate they were being ordered by the other patrons. Everything tasted phenomenal with exception to the cake which was a let down after the scrumptious meal. I wasn't even at par with a store bought chocolate cake. My personal favorites were the chorizo & goat cheese. The price to the food portions weren't extravagant which is a plus as food in Paris is outrageously priced invariably. Will definitely have it on my "must return to" list for the next Paris trip!

A line means it's worth waiting for. And this restaurant definitely is!

I took far too many photos and loved this place far too much. In my quick few days back in Paris I went here two days in a row. So happy to find Holybelly and find an incredible place to dine. The owners have done a really great job at making this a place where you can really enjoy the laid back + beautiful environment, the friendly people and the DELICIOUS meals and coffee. Came for a late brunch one day, ended up having to wait in line longer than expected and unfortunately that meant we missed out on some of their breakfast options that ended at noon. Ended up getting their regular meat and eggs and it was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I LOVE finding a place that does the basics, but better than you've ever had, and that's what I found here at Holybelly. The sausage was incredible, the eggs cooked perfectly, and the bacon and bread were so much more delicious than expected. Glad I ended up getting the really great flat white, and that we decided to come back earlier the following morning to get the pancakes & cheesecake. Ha Everything here was delicious and worth committing to. Try Holybelly! I can pretty much guarantee you won't regret it. Service, atmosphere and food come together perfectly here to give you just the right experience. Hope things go well for the owners and the new locations they're opening!

I found HB while researching restaurants in the area in preparation for out trip to Paris. Just a short walk from our rented flat, I decided to go line up at 930 for their 10am Saturday opening. I was really surprised to find a line 10 people deep. My son and I were seated at a communal table and service was fast and friendly. He ordered the short stack buttermilk pancakes and I ordered the 2 egg breakfast. I got my 2 eggs poached with a side of sausage, hashbrowns and I couldn't say no to their special side of the day--asparagus and spring peas in browned butter. The food was excellent. It's simple, but well made. It's great use of local ingredients with a little twist to make things interesting. The eggs were perfectly poached. The veggies were cooked perfectly, not overdone, and they were super fresh so you're getting them at the peak of flavor. The hashbrowns were more like potato strings shaped into a ball, but they were seasoned well and had a nice bit of crisp to them. The sausage--also shaped into a ball was flavorful--I could have eaten another one. Of course I tried my son's pancakes--not as fluffy as American pancakes, but still tasty (not oversweet either) and the syrup was yummy, this coming from a gal that really doesn't like typical pancake syrup. The fruit that was supposed to garnish the pancakes came on the side (don't judge) was an array of sliced apples, oranges and grapefruit. The gals taking care of us were super sweet. The hostess was also very nice and made a point to ask us how breakfast was before we left. As of today, they are working on their 2nd location. I know I'll be visiting at least one of their spots when I return.

    Best brunch ever!!

This is honestly the best brunch restaurant I have ever been to in the whole wide world. I came here on a Saturday morning while my boyfriend and I were on vacation in Paris. We had been told by my friend in Paris that we had to make it a priority to come here and I am so happy we did! You cannot make a reservation here and since it is such a popular and amazing restaurant, be prepared to wait. For example, my boyfriend and I got here around 10:30am and we had to wait about an hour and a half to eat, but it was really worth the wait. Also, what is nice about the wait is that the hostess tells you when you need to be back by, so you can go and walk around the neighborhood while waiting for you table. When my boyfriend and I were finally seated, we started with fresh orange juice and water and to eat, he got the savory pancake breakfast and I got scrambled eggs with hash browns and fries cheese. Our breakfast was BEYOND amazing!! Every bit tasted like heaven and we both ate every single thing on our plates! I loved the vibe of this restaurant! It was super trendy and fun. The employees are also very nice and helpful. This is the best breakfast place ever and if you are in Paris, you 100% have to come here!

Long lines on a Friday Parisian morning, but our 25 minutes was definitely worth the wait! Pancakes were delicious and definitely would recommend! Would love to come back next time I'm in Paris!!

Pancakes = some of the best I've had. Fried eggs...well..I ordered 4 of them and wanted MORE. Bravo

Their fried eggs...eggceptionally awesome. Fried perfection. I ordered 4 of them, and i didn't want to share with friends. Pancakes were some of the best i've had. It took our group about 25 min to get here from the hotel and then another 45 min wait to be seated. IT WAS WORTH IT. Establishment is tiny and cramped. Service is slow (as they're so busy). However, breakfast really was that darn good. It is a def must go, as most of the other food in Paris wasn't as amazing. Get the fired eggs and get the pancakes...just...do..it...

The brunch of all brunches. When in Paris you need to visit holybelly, your belly will thank you. Sweet or savory, they've got you covered. I went for both, choosing the savory stack with champignons(mushrooms) for added flavor and texture. It's a simple breakfast dish with two pancakes, topped with two eggs and bacon. Their bacon is great btw, crisp and chewy, just as it should be :) As for drinks, I went with the London Fog, an earl grey tea drink topped with a light vanilla froth that was simple yet satisfying. So if you're in the area, breakfast, brunch, lunch or a really early dinner(they close at 5pm!), stop by holybelly. Tip: Lines will form, so try going at off-peak hours or you'll end up waiting bit. But it's worth it if you do!

I almost moaned in the middle of the Sunday brunch rush next to a wholesome family of four. That's how good it was. We showed up at 10:20, had our names written down by a friendly employee outside, and told to come back at 11. So of course we pregamed brunch with coffee and scones at Le Poutch down the street. Once inside, we were sat in the back at a large table on bar stools, squeezed so tight the servers had to wiggle in to take our orders. Accompanied by the Cuban jazz playing on the speakers, the chatter of the diners invigorated what was otherwise a rather quiet morning. - Eggs and sides: Scrambled, poached, they do it all well. You MUST get the champignons, I've never had better mushrooms in my life. (This was the source of the moan.) I witnessed my sisters' eyes roll up into her head after the first bite of her halloumi so I'm guessing that was great too. - Sweet stack: pancakes drizzled with syrup, whipped cream, tangerines, pears, pomegranate seeds, and my favorite, HAZELNUTS. What the hell. Who came up with this. Get them a nobel prize in chemistry for figuring out how to make things taste this damn good. The service is prompt, friendly, and bilingual; the interior warm, bustling, and energizing; the food, worthy of several hours of extreme bloating after eating way more than you should. Do it. Come here. Eat everything. No regrets. You're not in Paris to diet.

BELIEVE THE HYPE! I came across Holybelly by searching the best brunch spots in Paris. Holybelly appeared at the very top and I didn't have to look any further. My husband and I went around 11:30am on Wednesday morning. We were anticipating a long line since the reviews stated that. When we got there, there were 3-4 groups ahead of us and we only waited about 10 minutes. We were happy, because we didn't have to wait long and also, because we wanted to get in before 12pm so that we could order pancakes! So here's the details: Ambience- Very nice restaurant with great vibes, good music, and nice waitress/waiter (they speak English, so don't worry English speaking tourists!) Food- We ordered the following: Sweet pancakes- comes with several fruits, but tasted so delicious. The pancakes literally melted in your mouth. My husband is a big pancake fanatic and he said it was the best pancakes he's ever had! That should say something! Two fried eggs with bacon and sausage- Sausage and the bacon were crispy and on point! The fried eggs were good too. Everything was delicious and I couldn't be more happier stepping foot into Holybelly. It changed our whole brunch life for good! We definitely have to come back to Paris just to come here! If you weren't holy before, after eating here, you will have some "holiness" to you when you leave! Don't even think about it, COME HERE TODAY!

2 Eggs with baked beans mushrooms. Mushrooms were divine!!!!

I can see why the reviews for this place are so good! The atmosphere is absolutely adorable and reminds me of restaurants in the west village (NYC) or Williamsburg. Super trendy and farm to table vibe. My friend and I sat at the bar in the back which was near the open kitchen. This gave me the opportunity to watch the line cooks plate the dishes. You could tell they took their time and were extremely meticulous. I ordered the 2 fried eggs with a side of baked beans and mushrooms. The mushrooms were sautéed in thyme and parsley. They were the BEST MUSHROOMS IVE EVER HAD. So so so so good. I wouldn't recommend the beans. They were cooked well but I didn't care for the sauce it was in. My friend had the poached eggs with sausage and something else which I forget, but the sausage is shaped like a meatball. Again, very creative-- it was absolutely delicious. When I ordered the lemonade, I expected a glass of freshly made lemonade but it came in a bottle. While it was unexpected, the bottled lemonade was actually really good. Slightly carbonated and tangy! Definitely go here for breakfast or brunch! Holybelly is just a few blocks away from Du Pain Et des idees, an amazing and adorable bakery. I recommend going there after for dessert!

Nice latte ~ haven't had a bad coffee in Paris actually
