We had our filters installed in October of 2024 on 2 different properties. By Jan.2025 the second property filtered water started to have a foul odor. So i called Superior Water System for maintenance because when we signed up they Guaranteed free maintenance for 2 years and lifetime warranty. I called twice and left a voicemail both times. I eventually got a call back at then end of the month from Water Services USA stating that Superior Water is out of business and all promises that were made are now voided. To add more they also stated that if we wanted services the company has a promotion warranties. Looking back we had 2 other companies come out and give us a estimate of how much it would be for a filter system which was way cheaper than that of Superior Water ( Superior was priced double) but we went for them any way due to the Life time warranty. For any one that is looking for a filter system please do more research on each company and always get more than one estimate. We are now stuck with a bill that was not even worth it plus, now have to pay for warranty that will only last for 1 to 2 yrs. read more

Scam!!!! LONG BUT WORTH THE READ! I received my water softener and kitchen filtration system late November of 2024. System was said to be needed via family so I went with Superior Water since all of Houston water is terrible. We finished the deal and had the install in the home run perfectly. Felt great to have clean water. Good should be a five star review, but its not! My family in Houston had an issue on their water system with another company but they were getting the run around with warranty so I decided let me see what the steps would be with the maintenance and the warranty on the unfortunate circumstance it happens to mine. I called today 03Feb2025 at the 281-572-0025 number and was told that there are no more warranties covered by this company because it randomly went out of business, ironically the same month I signed my contract with Aqua Finance. All customers are now on the hook for the filter changes and no warranty if the system breaks. This company and others like it are selling a set number of water filters then "going bankrupt" to not have to keep their end of the bargain in terms of maintenance and Warranty. I do not know if its a loophole or not but they are willingly lying to their customers. I plan to see if anyone else has this issue to rally the troops so to speak and fight back. I will check this post daily and plan on putting it in reddit as well under scams or the Houston reddit page. read more

This company will send you very deceptive mailouts claiming you have a package on hold. To be clear if you have a package on hold with USPS they will notify you with a post card which will have their letterhead on the top. FedEX and UPS will leave a sticker on your door. When you talk to sales they are very pushy and want to close right away. No time to make a decision. No person to call back. They will run tests which if you dont know the science behind what is happening will sound like a bunch of big scary words all designed to get you to buy something you dont necessarily need. read more

The sales reps are super pushy. They do not fully disclose everything in the agreement they have you sign. There's only a 3 day trial period to determine if you like the product, where as most companies give you 30. On day 5, they tested my water (already too late to have them take it back if I didn't like it) and they were shocked/embarrassed that the water did not test the way it did when they did the demo at my house. I would not recommend this company. They have no solutions for customers who are not satisfied with the product, the sales reps are incredibly over bearing and I did not appreciate not being given the time or space to discuss privately with my husband about the product. Sales rep wanted to be involved in any discussion we had instead of give us privacy in our own home. If you're looking for a water system, find a company that values you as a customer, not this one who just wants a quick sale. read more

I was educated on every single product they we're installing in my house and how everything works. After a couple days they come back to test your water to make sure everything is running properly. We installed our water softener about 3 years ago and have had no issues with it. We lost power during the freeze and called them to help reset the timer on the water softer and they called back right away, had other questions and always got a call back within hours of me texting them! Today they came to do some work to the drain and they did it quickly, with a big smile on their face and at no cost!
