I found that they have everything that you can need for a weekend camping adventure without having to break the bank and my back. We were able to book online which was so easy and make the process super quick when we arrived to pick it up. We got a call from Chad who let us know that we were confirmed and when to arrive to grab the unit. When we got there Chad walked us through the entire process and how to set it up once we got to our destination. Everything was great we had a great time it was so spacious and the AC worked great. We slept like bears in the cold! We will be back to grab one of their UTV side by sides next which looked like an absolute blast.

So…read morewe did some internet searches and found Apache Canyon Rentals, we spoke to Jason and Chad who both were awesome to work with. They hooked us up with an RV that had the things we needed along with a generator in case we stayed somewhere with no electricity we traveled to San Diego and up the coast. The RV was clean and stocked with everything we could need. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend you try it. When we returned the RV Chad made it so easy, and helped us get it all checked in! They also rent UTVs and we can't wait to come back and give them a try they were super affordable compared to the Cruise America RV rentals that wanted to charged us triple the cost that Apache Canyon Rentals charged. And the deposit was half the cost and the fees were supper affordable! We love Apache Canyon Rentals!

Donny and his brother could not have been nicer, or offered better customer service. We were unfamiliar with the area and elected to have them deliver the Rzr to us at the trailhead. Donny was at the meeting spot early (so were we, so that was awesome) and had us on our way in no time at all. A quick review of the operation of the buggy and a review of all included safety equipment (spare tire, spare belt, puncture repair kit, first aid kit, etc...) and we were off. We elected for the 24 hour rental because we were on the trails all day and wouldn't have been back in time before they closed. It was well worth it and one of the few, if not only, company to offer this option. Our machine worked perfectly without issue. It made for a great family adventure. I'd give them six stars if possible. It could not have been a better experience.

Got that taken care of and just show up at their rental place. You drive the RZR from right there and start your adventure. As easy as it gets. The box canyon area has miles and miles of trails. So much fun. Some fast smooth roads and slow sort of technical spots. And these things can climb! In 4WD it seems these things can go up almost anything. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting an SXS from AZ Rentals and More based on my…read moreexperience. I paid approximately $500 for a one-day rental. The machine I received had heavily worn/weathered front tires with visible sidewall cracking (photos attached) and repeatedly stalled throughout the ride. During the rental, a rear tire went flat. I immediately called the owner to report it and ask what I should do. I was told nobody was available to come fix it and that I could drive it back slowly or pay for recovery/repair. I followed the instructions I was given and drove it back slowly, which resulted in additional damage to the wheel. When I returned, an employee told me he would have come out and swapped a tire. The owner's later text actually confirms the choice I was given: "You were instructed to drive out and risk damage or pay for a recovery/repair. You opted to drive out." That screenshot is attached. I questioned whether the rear tire may have been underinflated when the machine was provided to me and asked whether they document tire pressures before rentals leave. I also objected to paying replacement cost for a wheel that was already clearly used and cosmetically damaged before the incident, as shown in my photos. Despite disagreeing that I should be responsible for the entire cost, I offered to split the cost just to reach a reasonable resolution. The owner's response was "Not happening," followed by "K this rim is now my spare. I am charging you for the new rim." That exchange is also attached. Our phone conversation was extremely unprofessional. While I was calmly explaining why I disagreed with paying full replacement cost, the owner became hostile and at one point told me I was "increasing his blood pressure." The dispute ultimately involved my $2,500 security deposit and took considerable time to resolve. I eventually had to go through Chase's dispute process before the financial matter was corrected. I understand damage can happen with off-road rentals and renters should pay for damage they cause through abuse or negligence. My issue is that I immediately reported the flat, asked the owner what to do, followed the option I was given, and was then expected to buy replacement equipment. If you rent here, photograph every tire and wheel, document the tire pressures before leaving, and get their recovery policy in writing. I have evidence of the actual tire/wheel photos and text messages. Based on my experience, I would not rent here again.
