I would strongly caution anyone considering renting an SXS from AZ Rentals and More based on my…read moreexperience. I paid approximately $500 for a one-day rental. The machine I received had heavily worn/weathered front tires with visible sidewall cracking (photos attached) and repeatedly stalled throughout the ride. During the rental, a rear tire went flat. I immediately called the owner to report it and ask what I should do. I was told nobody was available to come fix it and that I could drive it back slowly or pay for recovery/repair. I followed the instructions I was given and drove it back slowly, which resulted in additional damage to the wheel. When I returned, an employee told me he would have come out and swapped a tire. The owner's later text actually confirms the choice I was given: "You were instructed to drive out and risk damage or pay for a recovery/repair. You opted to drive out." That screenshot is attached. I questioned whether the rear tire may have been underinflated when the machine was provided to me and asked whether they document tire pressures before rentals leave. I also objected to paying replacement cost for a wheel that was already clearly used and cosmetically damaged before the incident, as shown in my photos. Despite disagreeing that I should be responsible for the entire cost, I offered to split the cost just to reach a reasonable resolution. The owner's response was "Not happening," followed by "K this rim is now my spare. I am charging you for the new rim." That exchange is also attached. Our phone conversation was extremely unprofessional. While I was calmly explaining why I disagreed with paying full replacement cost, the owner became hostile and at one point told me I was "increasing his blood pressure." The dispute ultimately involved my $2,500 security deposit and took considerable time to resolve. I eventually had to go through Chase's dispute process before the financial matter was corrected. I understand damage can happen with off-road rentals and renters should pay for damage they cause through abuse or negligence. My issue is that I immediately reported the flat, asked the owner what to do, followed the option I was given, and was then expected to buy replacement equipment. If you rent here, photograph every tire and wheel, document the tire pressures before leaving, and get their recovery policy in writing. I have evidence of the actual tire/wheel photos and text messages. Based on my experience, I would not rent here again.

My son had been wanting to go camping and there was no way that I was camping in a tent on rocks at…read more41 years old.... so I decide to do some searching and ended up on Apache Canyon's website. I found that they have everything that you can need for a weekend camping adventure without having to break the bank and my back. We were able to book online which was so easy and make the process super quick when we arrived to pick it up. We got a call from Chad who let us know that we were confirmed and when to arrive to grab the unit. When we got there Chad walked us through the entire process and how to set it up once we got to our destination. Everything was great we had a great time it was so spacious and the AC worked great. We slept like bears in the cold! We will be back to grab one of their UTV side by sides next which looked like an absolute blast.

They hooked us up with an RV that had the things we needed along with a generator in case we stayed somewhere with no electricity we traveled to San Diego and up the coast. The RV was clean and stocked with everything we could need. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend you try it. When we returned the RV Chad made it so easy, and helped us get it all checked in! They also rent UTVs and we can't wait to come back and give them a try they were super affordable compared to the Cruise America RV rentals that wanted to charged us triple the cost that Apache Canyon Rentals charged. And the deposit was half the cost and the fees were supper affordable! We love Apache Canyon Rentals!

Unfortunately, other than a brief stop at the beginning of the slot we had little chance to view its beauty. The pace and terrain made it impossible to do more than do a quick glance now and then. 1 hour each way was spent riding paved and dirt roads, which held zero interest. Starting closer to the slot would have been ideal, as well as more stops and a slower pace. I've never been on an ATV before, and during the more challenging parts of the rides was behind a good deal...not seeing the group for as much as 10 min. At one point i had to stop and wait for guide Bill to return at a fork in the road as I was unsure where to go. IMO, there should have been a guide at the rear of the group as well as in front. I would not recommend this tour for someone that has never been on an ATV before.

During financing, I was initially presented with a payment of $335 per month at 17.99% APR for 60 months. After reviewing the numbers myself, I questioned the payment and had it corrected. As a customer, I shouldn't feel like I need to double-check basic financing calculations during a purchase. When I politely declined the extended warranty, the finance manager responded by saying, "I'll give you more time to think on it." I understand offering additional products is part of the process, but once I declined, I expected my decision to be respected without additional pressure. The biggest issue was the lack of communication after the paperwork was completed. My family and I, including our two young children, sat waiting for approximately 20 minutes because nobody informed us that the transaction was complete and that we were free to leave. It wasn't until I got up and asked that I was told everything was done and the motorcycle was ready. To top it off, the bike was delivered with only about half a tank of fuel. When I later reached out about it, I was told that state law limits how much fuel can be stored on site. While I understand there may be regulations and operational limitations, it felt like another example of a lack of attention to the overall customer experience. Again, I am very happy with the motorcycle itself and appreciate the deal I received. However, the buying experience felt rushed, poorly communicated, and lacking the level of customer service I would expect when making a major purchase. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

For a tour, there wasn't much information provided during the ride, the person in the front was the only one who could hear, and the info provided wasn't all that interesting. There was no wow factor to this trip. Now that I think of it, we didn't even stop at the pretty spots, we stopped under the power lines. Others in the group took pictures and mine weren't very good so there's no need for me to post them...it was pretty though.
