Great place and such a welcome addition to the Florence area!!…read moreWe were so happy to find an equipment rental company here so we didn't have to travel to Casa Grande or Queen Creek. Rental fees were low and they were very friendly and helpful. We will be telling everyone about their services and wish them great success in the future!!

Contract clearly states normal wear & tear isn't charged to the customer air the tire back up or plug it not keep $2,500 ‍Your machine wasn't wrecked or damaged in any kind of way it was driven on the trails as instructed. Customer has over 50 videos to prove that. Regardless of the situation your a scammer and that's why banks are able to assist in fraudulent charges as well as lawyers are available too. Wrong customer buddy Unfortunately for you this person has the resources to ensure justice Thankfully technology allows us to record conversations and I heard you trying to extort the customer with unreasonable financial threats. Flat tires can happen from wear & tear, driving over rough terrain does that & you sending people down a paved road to get to the trails also damages the tires lastly you stated in text that the machine was brand new when in fact the customer has proof that the machine had over 300 miles on it before delivery oh and how do you charge somebody for returning a dirty side by side when your driving in dirt especially when there isn't any place available to wash the rental before returning it, it wasn't on a trailer with the capability to go to a car wash, you literally drive off the lot into dirt it's not about taking responsibility if the machine was wreck or damaged it would be no hassle to pay for those damages but a flat tire is a reach

I found that they have everything that you can need for a weekend camping adventure without having to break the bank and my back. We were able to book online which was so easy and make the process super quick when we arrived to pick it up. We got a call from Chad who let us know that we were confirmed and when to arrive to grab the unit. When we got there Chad walked us through the entire process and how to set it up once we got to our destination. Everything was great we had a great time it was so spacious and the AC worked great. We slept like bears in the cold! We will be back to grab one of their UTV side by sides next which looked like an absolute blast.

They hooked us up with an RV that had the things we needed along with a generator in case we stayed somewhere with no electricity we traveled to San Diego and up the coast. The RV was clean and stocked with everything we could need. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend you try it. When we returned the RV Chad made it so easy, and helped us get it all checked in! They also rent UTVs and we can't wait to come back and give them a try they were super affordable compared to the Cruise America RV rentals that wanted to charged us triple the cost that Apache Canyon Rentals charged. And the deposit was half the cost and the fees were supper affordable! We love Apache Canyon Rentals!

I recently purchased a 2026 Aprilia RS 660 from this dealership. While I'm very happy with the…read moremotorcycle and the price I received, the customer service throughout the buying process was disappointing. During financing, I was initially presented with a payment of $335 per month at 17.99% APR for 60 months. After reviewing the numbers myself, I questioned the payment and had it corrected. As a customer, I shouldn't feel like I need to double-check basic financing calculations during a purchase. When I politely declined the extended warranty, the finance manager responded by saying, "I'll give you more time to think on it." I understand offering additional products is part of the process, but once I declined, I expected my decision to be respected without additional pressure. The biggest issue was the lack of communication after the paperwork was completed. My family and I, including our two young children, sat waiting for approximately 20 minutes because nobody informed us that the transaction was complete and that we were free to leave. It wasn't until I got up and asked that I was told everything was done and the motorcycle was ready. To top it off, the bike was delivered with only about half a tank of fuel. When I later reached out about it, I was told that state law limits how much fuel can be stored on site. While I understand there may be regulations and operational limitations, it felt like another example of a lack of attention to the overall customer experience. Again, I am very happy with the motorcycle itself and appreciate the deal I received. However, the buying experience felt rushed, poorly communicated, and lacking the level of customer service I would expect when making a major purchase. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

I am very disappointed with Nash. My husband and I bought a motorcycle, and we figured the…read moremaintenance plan would be a great option because of the price we were quoted. We were told it would be around $10 a month added to our 60-month loan, so we thought, okay, that's not bad. Instead, we were charged $1,200 upfront. We definitely should have read the paper agreement more carefully because we know how slimy sales "people" can be, but we honestly weren't expecting there to be a $600 difference between what we were told we'd be paying and what we were actually being charged, so we signed it. When we got home and actually looked over everything, we realized what we had agreed to and called to ask some questions. The salesperson, Miles, came up with absolutely pathetic excuses when I questioned why we were being charged almost double what we were told. He told me, "It's because of interest." Excuse me?? Who pays interest upfront for a service they haven't even received yet? He was also joking about how it was only "the price of a cheeseburger once a month" for the maintenance plan. I don't think buying a cheeseburger comes with interest . We were NEVER told anything about the price being affected by interest either. He kept throwing out buzzwords and telling me that it wasn't possible to cancel. I kept pushing and asking to speak with a manager, and eventually he finally agreed to cancel it. I've never dealt with people who were so dense and unwilling to actually listen to what I was saying. The whole experience was extremely frustrating, especially when we were simply trying to get clarification on why the price we were told was so different from what we were actually charged. Definitely not the experience I expected when making such a big purchase. STAY FAR AWAY A little update. One of the reasons we were sold on doing the maintenance agreement was because he told us that we would have to remove fairings to do an oil change and could risk breaking them off because they are fragile. Come to find out that is not true in the slightest. You don't have to remove fairings to do an oil change. He's even more pathetic than I originally thought.

If you want to go for a ride in the dessert to see pretty views, I recommend it. The negatives were that they shoved as many people into a side by side as they could. There was no need to have 5 people per machine. We met at someone's house (relative of the owner). It was just a weird "facility". For a tour, there wasn't much information provided during the ride, the person in the front was the only one who could hear, and the info provided wasn't all that interesting. There was no wow factor to this trip. Now that I think of it, we didn't even stop at the pretty spots, we stopped under the power lines. Others in the group took pictures and mine weren't very good so there's no need for me to post them...it was pretty though.
