She had Picked up THE BUS 2 miles to the south at Mckellipps, Yelling incoherently the entire way about being late and once she hit Thomas Rd 1 mile south of the library where I wanted to go. I was the last to jump off. I called it in and The operator seemed to already be dialed in to the mayhem. I was the last off and she hit the curb heading east and off route. Over the side walk and actually cracked the curb as the wheels peeled out on to Thomas Road. YOU CANT ALWAYS HIRE SANE BUT DUNN SHOULD HAVE DONE BETTER THEN THIS WACK DRIVER. The city of Scottsdale and 911 was also informed.
