Whether you're brand new to working out or an "expert", the coaches will help you workout at a pace that is good for you. You'll leave the gym after each workout feeling glad you went in! This gym helps you stay motivated to workout and feel accountable to actually show up, because you'll see a lot of the same friendly faces every time you go - that'll be wondering where you've been if you miss too many days in a row. ;) The only downside I can come up with is that the monthly price is a little steep, but it's probably on par with other gyms like this. Other than that, Fit Society is a great gym that will get you back in shape... or fine tune your current fitness level!

He raved how good Allan was and how he's used him for over a year with amazing results. Dude used words like body transformation.
