She is kind, encouraging, and supportive. She helped me dial in my workouts and I continue to get stronger every week. For the last 5+ years I have had severe hip pain and her attention to this has been the best thing I could ask for. My hip pain is nearly gone and I continue to increase mobility and get stronger. My balance has also come a long way! Shout out to Hannah. If anyone needs help, she is your girl!

Imagine this, on Sunday I went in the gym app with a very funky mindset determine to claim a spot in the yin yoga class so I could head to gym and do something different, focusing on wellbeing & breath. I thankfully noticed I was waitlisted because had I shown up I would be utterly embarrassed (on my mind) since I think i had signed up for a more advanced yoga class. Haha after that "failed" attempt into my new year, centered-me, I decided to start over on Monday. Monday came I got busy, never made it. Well, TODAY I walked into Mountainside like the boss (of me) and had an amazing workout, hit it up the weights, did some stretches also and I realized how much I have missed being consistent with my gym and my training. I love how clean mountainside always is, the colors around also are pleasing to the eye, great gym layout, cool people doing their thing, friendly staff, it is a very welcoming atmosphere that helps staying motivated. After my workout, I also managed to get a sauna session that is included in my membership. So, despite the unexpected plot twists of my early 2024 (and it is only 2nd week of the year!), I am so thankful for Mountainside for reminding me of my favorite cliches- "life is too short & health is wealth!" Here is to more unexpected twists and trips to mountainside to "pump some iron" and sustain the best version of myself! PS: Namaste with a side of laughter. :)

In April of this year I decided to join at this EOS location for a greater variety of equipment and the additional amenities like the sauna, pool, and hot tub. I also enjoy some other things they offer like the massage chairs, leg compression bags, and cryo chairs. My biggest issue with this location is definitely the sheer volume of members. This gym is packed all hours of the day. Some days it's nearly impossible to stay on you set work for that day because you can't access the equipment you need. I can really only dedicate an hour of my days to working out and some days I feel like I lose time just look or waiting for equipment to open up. I read a where one person commented on the teenagers that go and simply monopolize equipment as they socialize. This is absolutely true. The equipment is well maintained and when they break they usually fix within the week. I wish they would at least put up signs to tell you when stuff is out of order. I can't wait till they open the new one in San Tan next year.

Overcrowded, Poor Support, and Unethical Billing - A Disappointing Experience Even as a Black Tier…read moreMember Over the years, I've been a member at many gyms--24 Hour Fitness, Fitness 19, Planet Fitness, and others. Each had its own pros and cons, but EOS Fitness in Queen Creek has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. Even as a Black Tier Member, which is the highest level they offer, the service and environment fall short in major ways. The gym is severely overcrowded at nearly all hours, often filled with unsupervised teens treating the space more like a social hangout. The weight area is constantly packed, and waiting to use basic equipment is the norm, not the exception. The bathrooms and locker rooms, while not dirty, are far too small and often feel cramped and cluttered. One of the most frustrating aspects is the lack of staff support. Despite promoting itself as a 24-hour facility, the reality is that support is limited to standard business hours. Whenever I needed help during off-hours, I was told to come back in the morning. It completely defeats the purpose of round-the-clock access if you can't receive assistance when you actually need it. The billing practices are where things get especially concerning. I was charged an annual renewal fee, even after making it clear I wasn't going to remain a member for another year. When I inquired about a waiver or good-faith exception, the response I received from the front desk was dismissive--"You signed the contract, you do you." The contract is structured in such a way that disputing charges through your bank is nearly impossible. It's technically legal, but the ethics of it are questionable at best. In contrast, I spent four years as a member at ClubSport in San Jose, California, which I consider one of the best gyms I've ever been to. I only left because I had to relocate--otherwise, I would have remained a lifelong member. That facility fostered a real sense of community, had excellent support, and made me feel valued as a member--everything EOS Queen Creek lacks. At its core, I believe a fitness business should prioritize people's health and well-being above all else. EOS feels more like a profit-driven operation focused on getting the most from its members while giving the least in return. It doesn't feel like a place to grow or build a lasting routine--it feels transactional and hollow. If you're looking for a gym that truly supports your fitness journey and respects you as a customer, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

All of us love the gym and the set up, and each one of my friend's have either gotten a membership by them or are in the process. There's a good variety of equipment and a lot of cardio machines, which I love. They even have studio room with a projector you can do various workouts on thanks to a touch-screen monitor outside. But being open 24/7 is the BEST especially for someone with a crazy work schedule. I've been at 3am, 3pm, and every time in-between. It's worth the money just for that. There's also showers, a tanning bed, and they offer other special treatments to aid with weight loss. But to get in just ring the door bell since it takes a special key to get in. I've never had any problem with the staff and the trainers I see are always friendly with the people they're working with. I might just sign up for one when I'm not traveling as much. Overall, good gym. Convenient. Reasonably priced considering the Snap Fitness on Rittenhouse and Ocotillo that costs more and has half the stuff. If you're looking for a new spot to get hot, I'd give this place a shot.

Today, I finally got in touch with someone, only to be told that my request couldn't be accommodated because it was "last minute." Nick then informed me that if I provided a doctor's note, they might be able to place the hold. About five years ago, I had to put a hold on my membership at a different Anytime Fitness for medical reasons, and the process was simple--no doctor's note required, no hassle. I expressed my frustration and told Nick to forget it, just go ahead and charge my account, but that it was unreasonable to expect members to pay a doctor just to get a note for something like this. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Nick raised his voice at me and hung up. That is completely unacceptable customer service. I've been a loyal Anytime Fitness member for many years, and to be treated this way is absurd. Nick needs training in both customer service and anger management. Treating long-term members with such disrespect should never be tolerated.
