This is my second time renting a RZR in the last month from them…read more Nice people to work with even with my credit card being a pain in the ass. Got that taken care of and just show up at their rental place. You drive the RZR from right there and start your adventure. As easy as it gets. The box canyon area has miles and miles of trails. So much fun. Some fast smooth roads and slow sort of technical spots. And these things can climb! In 4WD it seems these things can go up almost anything. I heard from the employee you talk with in Florence, that they are bringing some of those machines up to Payson area for the summer. On top of that,I made some fun memories with my sons and friends

I want to clarify several points that were omitted or misrepresented in the business owner's public…read moreresponse. Regarding highway use, I have already acknowledged that I overlooked this restriction in the rental agreement. I traveled less than two miles from the rental facility to our campsite and accepted responsibility for that oversight. However, this does not address the condition of the equipment, repeated engine stalling, roadside assistance, or subsequent billing dispute that prompted my review. The owner acknowledges that I immediately contacted him about the flat tire and was given the option of driving the machine back or paying for recovery. That is precisely my concern. I reported the issue as soon as it occurred, sought guidance from the rental company, and followed one of the options provided. I was subsequently expected to pay full replacement cost for a new wheel and tire, despite the existing wear and cosmetic damage to the original equipment. His response also conveniently fails to address the heavily worn and weathered front tires, the machine repeatedly stalling throughout the rental, and our extremely unprofessional phone conversation, during which he told me I was increasing his blood pressure simply by attempting to calmly explain my position. Most importantly, I made a genuine effort to resolve the disagreement by offering to split the replacement cost, despite disputing responsibility for the damage. His documented response was, "Not happening," followed by, "K this rim is now my spare. I am charging you for the new rim." Furthermore, following our initial phone conversation, during which he threatened additional charges, I was charged the entire $2,500 security deposit in addition to the disputed wheel-related charges. This escalated what should have been a straightforward disagreement over equipment damage into a significant financial dispute. Resolving this required opening a formal dispute with Chase, documenting the entire incident, submitting photographs and text communications, and spending considerable personal time on multiple phone calls with my bank. The process took months before the charges were ultimately corrected and my money was returned. While the outcome of a credit card dispute does not independently establish who was legally responsible for the damage, the fact remains that I had to go through an extensive dispute process to recover my funds. This was an entirely unnecessary amount of time and frustration over a one-day rental. I have openly acknowledged my own oversight regarding the brief highway use. I believe customers should be accountable for their actions, just as rental companies should be accountable for the condition of their equipment, the assistance they provide, and the professionalism they demonstrate when resolving disagreements. I have provided photographs and screenshots of the actual communications so prospective customers can evaluate the circumstances themselves. I stand by my original review and would not rent from this company again.

I found that they have everything that you can need for a weekend camping adventure without having to break the bank and my back. We were able to book online which was so easy and make the process super quick when we arrived to pick it up. We got a call from Chad who let us know that we were confirmed and when to arrive to grab the unit. When we got there Chad walked us through the entire process and how to set it up once we got to our destination. Everything was great we had a great time it was so spacious and the AC worked great. We slept like bears in the cold! We will be back to grab one of their UTV side by sides next which looked like an absolute blast.

They hooked us up with an RV that had the things we needed along with a generator in case we stayed somewhere with no electricity we traveled to San Diego and up the coast. The RV was clean and stocked with everything we could need. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend you try it. When we returned the RV Chad made it so easy, and helped us get it all checked in! They also rent UTVs and we can't wait to come back and give them a try they were super affordable compared to the Cruise America RV rentals that wanted to charged us triple the cost that Apache Canyon Rentals charged. And the deposit was half the cost and the fees were supper affordable! We love Apache Canyon Rentals!
