I had to take a month long work trip with very little notice and after looking and talking to multiple horse boarding places I decided to go with Oasis. First we talked on the phone he said he had two 12x20 stalls next to each other with all day turn out. I made him aware that one of my horses is 21 and has severe ring bone and arthritis and definatley needs daily turn out. Also very important my 21 year old gets her 12 pounds senior feed daily or she will loose weight. He said no problem ill take good care of them. When I got there to look at the facility the stalls were only 16x16, really small for 16 hand horses. He reasured me they would be turned out all day, daily and only in the stalls at night. Yelp just said I couldn't have over 5000 characters so I had to really shorten this. Long story short my 2 horses got turned out 1 time in 30 days, my horses did not get there grain and my 21 year old horse appears to have lost atleast 75 pounds, missing there new halters and lead rope. He promised me my horses would be well taken care of. He told me they sent everyone a daily report on water intake, stall cleaning, turnout time and food eaten. I thought wow thats cool never had a facility do that before. He seemed like a very nice and knowledgeable man so I agreed to board my 2 horses with him. A normal border can always hand walk a horse during irrigation or rain, ride them or put in arena but I was 1600 miles a way so I trusted him to do what was needed and he didnt even try. I feel so bad for putting my horses in this situation. And, to put it nicely I really dislike the owner because not only did he totally neglect my horses and there needs he caused me enormous stress for a month. Soooo dissapointed! THEY HAVE MOUNTING BLOCKS!…read more We were referred here after a bad experience at OK Corral Stables. Everyone we met at Don Donnelly were friendly and accommodating as I needed a mounting block and a little support to get on the horse. Shelly was very sweet and the place felt relaxed and fun (instead of the unfriendly people at the other place). My grandson and I were supposed to have to wait an hour for our ride but when we got there she'd arranged for a wrangler to take us right away. Our wrangler, Lexi, was so friendly and nice and very accommodating. We had one of the most beautiful rides we've ever been on with nice, well trained horses. When we got back, Lexi said that it's often harder for us grandmas with hip problems to get off the horse than on and assured me that I'd have help. I got off the horse with help and even had a man pleasantly and kindly help me down the steps. As bad as our experience at the other place was, this place was 1000 times better, not just because they had mounting blocks to help get on the horse, but because they understood that this is supposed to be a pleasant experience. They are usually very pricey for not good service. What I like about this place: The stalls are really nice. Everyone has their own locker. I have my horse in a barn with a covered walk out. She loves it. It is usually about 15-20 degrees cooler in that barn. I like the multiple grass turnouts. It lets the horses be a horse for a little while. They also many large dirt paddocks. All night turn out is offered for those horses who do not have a walk out which is really great. The atmosphere is laid back and they are really accommodating. Overall a great place.

They have two big arenas, two round pens, and seven turnouts. The stalls are cleaned every day. The horses are fed twice a day (supplements included) when they say they are. Horses are turned out once a week with the price of board or for only $25 more a month they are turned out three more times a week for the whole month. It's a quiet no drama place and I love it here.

Danger! Beware! Christen Milhon and Facility are under investigation by multiple organizations…read more Dozens of Present and Past Boarders are being interviewed and giving their accounts of what they witnessed while their equine were on property in Christen's care. Proprietor, Christen Milhon, is grossly negligent and has failed to maintain a safe environment for equine and human since taking over ownership of the facility. One Example: She failed to act immediately once learning of cheap dangerous grindings she purchased for boarders horse's bedding, and also for the BLM mustangs and burros in her care. She continued to order staff to put hazardous material in stalls for MONTHS. Thousands and Thousands of 3-inch rusty nails, wood screws, staples, and twisted metal in multiple truckloads of cheap grindings. All while knowing of these dangers. Christen confessed her knowledge of these "Multiple Dirty Loads" to staff when hiring new shavings company that using "Clean Shavings". Christen still refused to take necessary action to clean up dangers properly even after several boarders started discovering dangerous metal debris and clearing out own stalls themselves, with large magnets. She instead chose to fire " Bad Company' and proceed to order clean grindings from a new company and put it on top of hazardous grindings. Complaining that "it would cost $6000 to clean the whole facility and that she would have to raise the board, and the boarders would not be happy with that." Christen publically omitted information multiple times -verbally, in texts and on Wild Hearts private Facebook site for boarders, regarding the dangers to boarders equine. Christen actively suppressed and discouraged communications between boarders. Multiple boarders tried encouraging her to disclose to all boarders and clean up the facility properly, only to be kicked off ranch. This was only the bedding issue... Watch out for 3-foot holes by arenas, concrete and rebar in arenas and round pens...feline urine saturated hay...there is a boarders concerns list 2+ pages long!

Then one day I got heatstroke and collapsed in front of the stalls with seizures. They were back to back and the paramedics that came hours later said I lost my airway and rushed me to the hospital. I died on the way there but luckily was brought back to life. The stall cleaners saw this happen and left me on the floor banging my head on the rocks. I was kept overnight in the stroke ICU and when I got out I had one day to vacate with my horse. Seizures are scary around horses but she booted me without even finding out the cause and that it was a fluke. This girl isn't fit to run a place of this caliber.
