Although the price was great it took this company three months to schedule a roof cleaning. We asked repeatedly for them to give us 24 hour notice for their service. They never complied with this. One time we were out of town and had to send them home, then after begging them to provide 24 hour notice they called an hour before wanting to show up. Because we had been waiting so long we agreed. Poor communication and warranty service. We called 23 times to get a repair done on our roof repaired under the warranty. Finally got an appointment for a service but no show. Not able to get anyone on the phone to find out where they are. Had to miss work to be there for the appointment and now roof is still leaking. read more

Superior roofing did a tear off and re-roof for me. Very unprofessional, lazy, and intrusive. They forgot gas one day for the compressor and wanted to borrow some gas. Later that day I saw them load their ladders and noticed they were using mine. The following day the asked to borrow an extension cord and a caulking gun. They said the house used 13 sheets of plywood, I saw them use 1-1/2 on the front, and counted about 5 more on the back. It was hard to tell exactly but I highly don't there was 13 used. Later the foreman said it was 12 sheets. Poor communication, worked one night until 9pm, and crappy work that was visible. Kind of makes me wonder how many issues there are that I can't see. Explain to me how 5 guys are on a jobsite for three days and no port-a-potty on the premises ! Very disappointed with the company, the employees, and the owner. The jobs been done for 3 weeks and still trying to get some simple issues fixed. I have pics of the issues but don't see where to attach them... read more

I find it very interesting that the owner is going around and justifying the bad experiences we are having rather than even trying to apologize or acknowledging our claims. Really poor service even post install of roof. My roof was installed 11 months ago and just now getting a response from the owner. It's too late dude, take ownership for your employees. read more

The crew just finished a massive roof install (a 9-day job, with 4-6 folks on the roof at any point) in super hot weather (95+). They did an outstanding job. They were on time (every morning by 7.30-8), very courteous and super friendly, cleaned up really well every day, .... I had read previous reviews (some negative) and was a bit nervous. One thing I noticed was a lack of communication between the employees and their boss. I had to point out they were charging us for a new skylight and that they needed to put a cap on one of the vents. The worst part? They put 2 new pieces of plywood on our roof. We asked them to leave the 2 pieces of plywood they removed because we were going to use those for another project we had planned. They took the 2 pieces of plywood away and are now charging us $220 for the ones they replaced. We have tried to get those pieces back but they basically told us that it won't happen. Seriously?? Weeks later I'm still finding pieces of roofing and staples in my yard. read more

I found Superior Roofing to be just that, Superior. The project manager, office staff, and crew were very professional. The estimate was Superior, with the exception of some minor unforeseen work (e.g. dry rot which couldn't be observed during the initial estimate), but the change order was perfectly reasonable, minimal, and delivered quickly. The communication was Superior; we were kept well informed on the schedule and phone calls were returned promptly. The worksmanship on the roof itself was Superior and it looks fantastic. The crew did a Superior job cleaning up each day and at the end of the project. (Un)fortunately, due to the expected lifespan of the Superior materials used, it's unlikely that we'll need to work with them again, but if there are any issues in the future, I'll definitely be calling Superior Roofing. In a word, "great" From estimating to job completion everything was excellent. Mark the estimator gave a appraisal of my roof stating it still had a few years of life in it. He climbed up on and walked the roof identifying features that needed repair (another estimator/evaluator did not walk the roof and thereby missed a key problem - the "cricket" area had growing vegetation due to lack of pitch). The work was done by Pedro. Although the job ran longer than planned, the price did not change, and the work was done to perfection. After completion, Mark again got up on the roof and took photos showing the finished product. When my roof needs full replacement, I will definitely have Superior Roofing do the job. read more

Their estimate was timely and clear, and was accompanied by a sketch showing exactly what was to be done, so there could be no misunderstanding. Unlike other roofers I've worked with, who drive by briefly and provide a bid, only to change it mid-way through the project because they didn't do their research upfront, Superior provided a competitive estimate and used top-of-the-line materials. Sam, the estimator, provided good communication about when the crew would be on site to start work, and the foreman and crew were professional and thorough. Superior Roofing did a great job! Sam, the owner, came out and did the bid himself. My garage is very small and old and has a weird concave flat roof with a drain. The roof is supposed to have a slight tilt on three corners to send the water to the drain - no wonder it failed. Sam's bid included only replacing the boards that were rotten. I got a few bids and the other co.'s wanted to just tear off all the wood and start over. Just replacing what was rotted, saved me money. I told them I was concerned about the new drain working properly and was promised they would take care of it - and they did. Two workers came out (Reynaldo and his helper). They were super nice. The metal in the old drain was rotted and they had to get a new one, custom made. This did cost me a little more but I was glad to get something that will work properly for years to come. A beam split inside the garage at the end of day one. I told them about it and they replaced it and didn't haggle for more money because of it. Superior Roofing took the time needed to figure out and fix my weird garage roof, and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend them. They seem very honest, fair, and decent. read more

Sam and his crews do an excellent job. I just had my house re-roofed with added pitch line venting and venting under roof overhang. They also cleaned the gutters and downspouts. I was out of town when the work was being done and the office checked in with me every day on progress. The job site was left immaculate! The owner comes by after to inspect the job.
