I immediately reached out to Noah and sent him photos he said he would send out his guys to replace those travertine tiles and nothing but crickets. I've been beyond patient. It's now been 2 years and they've been through two service managers and I resend them the photos they say they will get back to me to schedule their guy and I never hear from them. I am so disappointed in this experience. We have stayed with them for their very expensive weekly service because we are loyal people, but I'm beyond frustrated with our experience. I really feel like once the build was done they don't care. I've reached out to them so many times and nothing but crickets. This is not how you should treat people who have remained loyal to you and over paid on your weekly service. The last service guy that was here said that the reason why our pool was so dirty (so we paid an extra $15 for each vacuuming) is because half of our built-in cleaning system isn't working. Our regular service guy never alerted us of this and now we're having trouble with the entire cleaning system, and this pool is only 3 years old. Noah, you said that you would happily replace all of the travertine tiles that your pool guy broke. I don't appreciate being treated like this after we spent $160,000 with you. If you want to finally fix this like you said you would reach out to my husband because I'm done working with you.

The second person came out a made repairs and since then we have called him out over the last 2 years, spending over $1000 of our own money to get it repaired. He said we have a "lemon" and suggested we list all the repairs we've had done and go meet with the manager. We did that. He said he had to send all our data to his "manager", and he'd get back to us. That was over 6 months ago and we've never heard a word. In the meantime we've had our repairman over 3 more times for leaks. We are so frustrated and don't know what else to do. Nora is an absolute genius! She helped me with my pond, gave me the equation on how to figure out how many gallons my pond is and recommended the right plants and the right fish. Their service guy Anthony was wonderful. He brought the plants and the fish, but probably because I was also giving them some Koi. Otherwise, I think you go pick your stuff up yourself, unless they're doing a service. They don't charge by the hour, like some of the ridiculous companies in Tucson, they charge by the job. To me that's fair. Way more fair than sending two of guys with only pressure washer experience at 150 bucks an hour! And as far-fetched as that sounds, I promise you there's a companies in town that do exactly that. Ponds Plants and More have great fish, great plants and great folks. I'm really happy that I found them. And I'm looking forward to making sure that they're the only ones in town that help me with my pond from now on.

Beware of this company. They installed a new pump in my pond. Then cut the wires exposing them…read moreabout two inches above the water and "sealed them with a liquid tape. For this I was charged $646.00 $389.98 for the pump and $225 for the service call. I had my electrician look at the pump and he informed me it was very dangerous. I brought this to the attention of the owner and nothing was done. I then had a pond expert check the wires out and he agreed it was dangerous. He replaced the pump and charged me $400 pump and labor. Certified letters requesting some kind of reimbursement were sent. Spoke with them and they denied wires were cut even though I have a written note from her stating that she sealed the wires she cut with liquid tape. They have refused any ownership of what was done or reimbursement. Do not use this pond company.
