That being said, if you value your nail health and service quality, this is NOT the salon for you. These photos are AFTER a requested GelX soak off and manicure. Despite my request, my nails were filed until I was in literal pain. I repeatedly had to tell and show the nail tech that gel was still on my nails and a soak is not only requested but needed. Needless to say, I was repeatedly ignored. My left hand didn't receive cuticle service and the edges of my nails were left rugged. After declining polish service (at this point, I was over the entire experience and ready to go), I was told that I needed to pay before having my nails polished. I took this as code that they wanted their money regardless of me not being satisfied. I've given this place multiple chances solely based on convenience but this was my LAST time making that decision.

I've been to this place now three times... The first, I did have to wait about 10 minutes for the…read morenail tech to come start my nails... I did not think anything of it. The second time I was back was just for a fill and they did not complete the design as she switches two of the colors incorrectly and the thickness of the nail on one finger was too much and unbalanced and oddly textured but the set was nice enough and they made a big deal of how hard straight stripes were for the nails. I felt too guilty to ask them to fix it so I kept it, knowing it would force me into a set removal instead of a fill the next time. This time, I arrived at 9:30 AM and did not leave until 11:27 AM.... I had booked two services, a set removal and a manicure, a week in advance thinking I could get a chance to relax. To my surprise, the nail tech "ran out of time" to complete the set removal and manicure, leaving me sitting without a technician for half an hour. When I told the secondary technician who came to finish the polish that I felt disrespected and was looking to speak with someone, she told me the owner was out but I could ask the woman at the front desk in charge of scheduling since the system regularly overbooks technicians. When I got up to the front desk I had to wait AGAIN because she was working on nails herself then proceeded to argue with me that I had confirmed a set removal when I arrived, and so they had taken the manicure off. So therefore, it was my fault that I was sitting and waiting on their staff for half an hour. Which to her is "a little bit". When I then mentioned that I had confirmed the set removal and had wanted to keep the second service so I did not understand the confusion, and would prefer to speak to a manager or owner since she was arguing she insisted I could only speak to her. She then proceeded to tell me that the nail tech was just "too slow in the removal process" and so it was actually her fault. -- not wanting to take accountability for their overbooking. She continued to try to argue with but I had enough and asked her to please let me pay so that I could leave. She said something along the lines of she was going to provide a small discount (10%) then proceeded to give me nasty faces as if it was a ridiculous ask to be escalated to a manager or someone similar because of the poor service. At the end, I asked her to remove me from all marketing texts, and emails and I am still getting them... The technicians are lovely for the most part but if you want any level of respect, choose any other salon.

What the hell?? Why is this little girl even talking to the cusotmers about a service they want. Another one of their kids was using the nail polish to paint one of her toy horses right in the front sitting at a maincure station. There are cartoons on playing loudly in the background and I see the mom with her baby hanging out watching TV in one of the pedicure chairs like she is sitting in her living room.. They had customers already being worked on at this time. so they do not care about appearances and being professionaI. I think the place looks dirty too and disorganized. A customer walked in and was asking about how they dissinfected their equipment and the lady was trying to do some fast talk or acting like she didn't fully understand or something and wasnt explaining clearly so the lady kept having to repeat herself. I dont think she ever got a straight answer, The owner of the shop is cocky and rude too and didn't even greet people or say Thanks for coming in or anyting.. he just got up and walked away from the table when he was done.. He should be sooo grateful he even had customers because the place really sucks. I think the should get a suprise visit from the health department honestly. I would never go to this place again.. maybe if it gets shut down and renovated.. and gets a new owner.
