No problem...if that fixes things. But it didn't. 3 days later...a broken down car on the side of the road, with my kids and grandson needing to be taken home in the second row of a tow truck (fortunately in town, and not on some lone highway). Unacceptable, but exactly what happened. Had it towed to them. $300 more of fixes (with more upselling along the way) got it out of their care. Will it last?...we'll see. But of course, I'm guessing...no. If they couldn't see and fix an issue while our car was in their care, are they competent enough to trust them with yours? You decide. But we'll never go back.

Professional because they do excellent work. Fair priced because their prices are very competitive with a touch more to the affordable side. I trust them completely. It is a huge peace of mind to have a mechanic you know you can trust.

Our son is in NYC doing an internship for the summer and I thought "maybe I can fix that hood while he is away as a nice surprise?" Went into this store and the manager, Ever, sold me this TORQX machine with the compound that goes with it. I have NEVER done something like this before. It came out fantastic! Ever was very encouraging. He gave me a lot of detail on how to use it, but the best advice was "don't over think it, super simple." He was spot on. Took me 1.5 hours total, and it looks fantastic!!! Can't recommend this place enough! (I didn't think to take a "before" photo until I had started.)

More than detail garage ! From the moment you walk in - you are greeted with someone saying something to you. If it's not really busy and there is a free employee, they will greet you in person and this is where the magic happens. They will ask you about your project and what you go going on. From there they will dive into best display of customer service out there . They will give you knowledge on each and every product that fits your project, give you pros and cons to each item to give you options of what best fits what you want and they will give you a personal choice of theirs. THE BEST PART. ABSOLUTELY ZERO SALES PRESSURE TO GET ANYTHING. Also, they offer training classes at this site. From $99 for the general knowledge of detailing and technical info to $199 for buffering and polishing techniques and finally a master class which is pricey but you will actually get a printed certificate of training to help you get a job if you want. This class goes over every single thing one would need to know about the detailing world. Product info on why and what product to choose, chemical reactions to different materials, buffering and polishing, ceramic coating techniques etc. Again, I can't write enough about how businesses should imitate this business model. There has not been a time where I walk into this business and not walk out with multiple products. They explain everything in such a way that's interactive and involved that I feel happy to purchase other products I didn't originally even come in for!! Keep it up Detail Garage! The staff specially Breydon seemed more interested in taking pictures of customers' cars for social media than focusing on repairing them properly. After the work was completed, I was asked to leave a good fake review even though I was not satisfied with the service. My advice to anyone bringing their vehicle here is to inspect it carefully before leaving. Check that all parts are installed correctly and that everything matches your expectations. Don't hand over your keys without asking questions, and always inspect your vehicle before driving away. A family friend also had concerns after servicing their car here, so I recommend being cautious.More .....
