Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a mechanic. PROS 1. Affordable prices: Definitely cheaper than a dealership. 2. Strong social media presence: They post videos of their work, which some people might like for transparency. 3. They seem knowledgeable: Based on their work online, they clearly know what they're doing. CONS 1. Terrible communication: I dropped my car off at 11 AM and didn't hear anything until I texted them at 5 PM. No updates, no calls, nothing. 2. Disrespect for your time: If I'd known they wouldn't even start on my car until the evening, I wouldn't have wasted my entire day without it. I live far away and had to arrange rides back and forth. 3. No clear process: After the inspection, I didn't get a proper report, just an Instagram DM listing what was wrong with my car. There was no real explanation or discussion. 4. Unprofessional behavior: When I finally went to pick up my car, the mechanic wasn't even there. I had to wait another hour, and a kid ended up handing me my keys. 5. Ended up costing more: I had to take my car to another mechanic because I couldn't trust them to handle it, so I wasted even more money. I feel so disappointed, not just because of the wasted time, but because I went in really wanting this to work out. There's nothing worse than feeling like your time and money don't matter to someone who's supposed to be providing a service. I read the reviews and noticed this has happened to others too, so it seems like a pattern. The mechanic knows what he's doing, and it's obvious he cares about building his image and growing his business. But they need to work on respecting people's time and communicating better. I personally won't be coming back, but I truly hope they improve, because they have the potential to be so much better.

Met a couple of guys that worked there ( very friendly) and they got my truck in as promised when I spoke on the phone. Rocky, is the guy I dealt with, not sure if he is the owner, but very knowledgeable about my vehicle and what I need to do to get it passed for emissions. Came back next day because he needed a few parts , he had it a few hours and then it was ready. Very happy that he is not a scam artist like some mechanics and try and nickel and dime you to death. Very honest guy and great to deal with. Will never hesitate to bring my vehicles back to their place. An honest mechanic is great to know, even though I have to drive 25 minutes to get there. Kirk, the service manager, has been a big part of why I keep coming back -- he's down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to even when I don't fully understand the technical side of things. I really appreciate their communication process, including texted reports and photos of the work being done. So far, everything they've done has been straightforward and honest. When I've questioned their diagnostics or recommendations, Kirk has taken the time to explain things clearly and has even reached out to Jasper (the company that rebuilt my engine) just to help put my mind at ease. That level of follow-through means a lot, especially after a bad experience elsewhere. My one significant complaint is their shop fees. These charges aren't itemized as a "shop supply fee" or anything specific -- they just appear as a flat fee, and they're not disclosed anywhere in the initial quote. Most shops I've dealt with cap this type of fee around $50, but I was charged $90 on one occasion. Not listing this upfront feels misleading, and I think it's something customers should be made aware of before authorizing work. That said, trust in the actual mechanical work matters a lot to me, and this shop has earned that trust. I'll continue bringing my vehicle here, but I'd strongly encourage them to be more transparent about these fees upfront -- it would go a long way toward making an already good experience a great one.
