Had an oil change then it started making noises after we left. Was told it was the wheel bearings asked why I hadn't heard anything if they were going out. Was told in the rudest way I had a 'rare' condition where it starts suddenly. Oh brother! Was also told they DO NOT top off fluids. What?! Won't be coming here ever. You better stay away too. Rude staff and very dismissive of people. So unhelpful and disrespectful. Seriously, just be nice. read more

Tried to have me buy coolant, said it was low. I said no. They even put it on the receipt. It was full when I checked a few days later.

If you have a European car STAY AWAY!!!! They tried charging me $139.99 for a basic oil change just because it was not an "American vehicle" any other basic four cylinder would have been $50. Car broke down out of state and Jiffy lube wanted me to pay them $80 just to do a diagnostic check. I've been going to Jiffy Lube for about three years and never once have I heard of this. I'm used to going to Jiffy Lube, telling them I have a problem, and they're telling me OK no problem. May I have the keys so I can go and drive it around the corner and back. FOR FREEEEEEE. I don't know, maybe this location and their employees have gotten lazy, but it looks like they were really just trying to get money out of me because of how slow their property services are. I went in to get an oil change and the Manager Robert greeted me with a warm welcome. Told me how much it would be and went along. Service was good and was very informative. The best part was I thought I had found a coupon for 20% off oil changes when in reality it was for the state of California that the coupons only applied for. I called first and the gentleman said it was about a 40 minute wait and it usually takes about 20 minutes per car, I was driving at the time so I said I will see you soon, it was Tuesday, October 2nd sometime after 3:00 PM and I pulled up thank god I was the only car because I was greated and another gentleman took my information and another guy came out and was in a good mood and said he liked my Tattoo's so I thanked him and there was another gentleman there that said hello to me. I will say the process was very fast and very accurate they worked dilligently and called me out to look at my filters and decide what I wanted in the car, so we got that taken care of and it was basically a very nice experience, thank you guys and I will be back soon. read more

Never never I attempted to go to get an oil change.. after waiting for someone to come out ( no one there) the gentleman asked my to pop the hood. I did. I have an older f150. The exhaust manifold is bad I know but the guy refused to service it. It's not the engine! The EXHAST...I had it checked all ready. Would not do an oil change. First time here, I normally get my oil changed elsewhere. However, they were closed. My guess, the COVID virus. So, I thought to myself what the heck, Jiffy open at least and I have a long trip planned, I'll give it a try. I pull up. And could not help how, and this is my subjective opinion, how shady the employees look. Though one did look like a you Amish guy. Not that's not a issue I would add to my review. However, what is, was the price. Over $80 for an oil change. Then he tried to guilt me into buying it, after I questioned him about the price. There was an Hour and a half wait, I was ok with that. I was not ok with how I need to stand in waiting room becaustthey only had 4 chairs and could have easily put more into the room. Though, It was good that they did not skimp on the A/C and set the temperature inside low. Then near the end, they tried to sale me all sorts of other things. This was my second visit to this location and both attempts to provide my business to them has ended poorly. First attempt I was immediately told by the person on duty it was at least a three hour wait before I even said a word. Fine. I get it. You're busy. This morning I brought my 24ft Class C motorhome. It's a Ford V8 engine on a standard E350 van body. Nothing fancy or complex. Any other oil change place just charges the standard price. Well not Jiffy Lube. They must have mistaken me for a blonde bimbo because they tried to tell me it would be $99 because it would require a lot of special "RV oil". Nice try. This was all being relayed by the person in charge to the kid that was helping me. Here's a tip. If you don't want to work on my vehicle at least be honest and tell them you're too busy or you're not competent enough to work on an older vehicle. Don't insult their Intelligence by trying the ol " Takes a special kind of fluid" shit. Ended up going to Walmart down the street where they took care of it professionally and efficiently. read more

I always go to jiffy lube, but this location is terrible and SLOW. Got there 20 minutes before closing. An employee came out and said they they are no longer taking any more people as they have a car getting an oil change and it takes 15 minutes to put on the oil filter, (they were moving very slow and I was the very next one). I asked again because I knew it didn't take 15 minutes to put an oil filter on, but he stuck to his dramatic statement. Will NOT come here again. If it takes them 15 minutes to put an oil filter on, they are slow. Most other locations take 10 minutes to do EVERYTHING. Don't go here, just go to another location. I would never go back to this place ever. Very unprofessional and not reliable. I went in with my company van do do an oil change and tire rotation. Was told one hour and fifteen minutes. They took almost three hours. When they brought the van around, I started the engine and immediately had low air pressure in two tires. I asked the manager if one of the guys can put some air in the tires, they all looked at each other and walked away. When I asked why it took them almost three hours for an oil change, the manager came up to me and said, are you picking an attitude with me? I said yes I am because all of you were very bad for business and very unprofessional. Word of advice for anyone going for an oil changers here?... Just over a week ago I left a review on here about my experience with this Jiffy Lube station. At that time I was told I would receive reimbursement for the air filter that the inexperienced Tech broke when changing my oil. I received a call from a manager at Jiffy Lube evidently in corporate the day that I left my review assuring me that I would receive reimbursement for my out of pocket expenses caused by their Tech. It has been over a week. No check received to date. This in my opinion is unbelievable and extremely bad business. I guess I am climbing the corporate ladder tomorrow. read more

I was so impressed with the speed and service of this location. I live in Flagstaff but on my drive down to Phoenix to visit my mother I could tell I needed an oil change and not only was it finished in 20 mins but the service from the Manager, Charles, was incredibly professional and helpful. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and efficient (great job in this heat!) and I felt incredibly safe even during Covid conditions, as everything was taken care of without having to go indoors at all. I needed the oil changed on my car. Simple as that. The minute my husband drove it away, he knew they messed with something. It was fine when we took it in, and all of a sudden it wouldn't accelerate and it felt like the engine was going to shut off. We took it back multiple times and told them they clearly did something to the car, and they offered to diagnose it and then gave us the estimate to fix it. It was one of the spark plugs, and obviously I did NOT spend any more money there to have them fix what they broke. Shady, shady, shady. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I had a trip coming up. So I impulsively stopped by this location one day after getting off of work early. I parked and walked all around trying to find someone who worked there. I keep going in and out of the place, circling around back, etc. I began to wonder if they had gone out of business. I finally notice a man out back, smoking and talking on his phone. Looked like he could be a mechanic. But he didn't give me a nod or anything, so I went back to the waiting room. Eventually that same guy came in. I told him I'd like an oil change. He looked annoyed and told me how my car needs a more expensive oil. It was a new car to me, so I had some questions about that. He snapped at me about it being the way it is...and I just walked out at that point. Took my business elsewhere. Maybe the mechanics there are great, Idk. Either way, I'll never return. read more

Overall, good experience. I took in my Ford Explorer and they took care of me very well. Jesus, the guy who helped me was EXTREMELY friendly, and offered great customer service. He walked me through everything, and even asked me if I was a SEAHAWKS fan because of my shirt, even though he is a fan of the evil Arizona Cardinals. Talking sports with a customer might sound trivial to some, but that kind of customer service goes a long way. He even walked me to my car and opened the door for me. I was in and out relatively quick, only an hour on a late Saturday morning. However, the customer service was horrendous. When I pulled my car up I was told an oil change would be $41. Then, after they had already gone through and inspected my car I was told it would be $65 for high mileage oil. I feel completely ripped off and will never be returning here. I should have been told upfront that the price varies based on the oil, especially since I drive an obviously older vehicle that is more likely to require the high mileage oil. read more

Great service! Super fast! I was nervous at first, because one of the attendant's just pointed at another car in a bay. But, the manager came out and talked to me with a run-down of services for $43.95! We came here to get an oil change, but we couldn't even get in the door because the managar, Robert, was so extremely rude. He kept interrupting and talking over us. We kept telling him that all we wanted was an oil change, and he kept asking us over and over again to get extras that cost more. He walked away while we were talking to him, and when we told him we wanted to drop the car off he got angry with us, even though there was an hour and a half wait time. Then, when we were filling out the drop off paperwork, he kept (again) trying to get us to add more expensive options. I told him that I didn't want anything that would cost extra, and he replied "Are we going to have a problem?" I told him "no, I just don't want anything that costs extra, that's what I keep telling you," and he said "you don't have to give me any attitude." Then he gave me my keys back and told us to leave. I tried to get my information back, including my address, phone number, name, and email (since I wasn't going to be a customer) and he refused to give me the paperwork. We had to actually rip the paperwork off the clipboard because he refused to return my information. I will NEVER go back to this location, because I don't trust the people there to give me the service I request, and I don't trust them with my personal information. read more
