Being an absolute nitwit when it comes to cars, I'm always apprehensive to get my car looked at. I always have a horrible feeling that my lack of knowledge is written all over my face and I'm going to get screwed on price. This is not unfounded, it has happened several times in the past. When my brakes started to squeal my boyfriend told me that Ted and Bobs was awesome, and that they had fixed his AC for only $50. I went in expecting a ridiculous estimate of $400, with a defeated payout on my end. With Ted and Bobs it only cost $180! I was so happy with their fair pricing that I took my mother's car in and they were able to fix her AC for $70 and only $100 for her car door. She was quoted a grand total of $400 by some other swindling garage before coming to Ted and Bobs. Also, the service is friendly, and fast. I'm visiting a friend in Phoenix, AR. My thermostat went to 3/4 high here & this hasn't happened before. Pretty scary. I was concerned I needed a clutch fan. I booked an appointment & mechanics diagnosed the issues. Turns out my fans were fine. But they flushed the cooling system of old coolant, replaced the radiator cap and thermostat and refilled the system with fresh coolant. The staff was very courteous and the overall cost was very reasonable. The time to do this was less than one day as well. I highly recommend Roca Auto Repair. Now I can drive back to CA. safe. Didn't an oil change ASAP and the people at Roca got us in and was charged a fair price compared to others we had called.

Got outstanding service today from Roca Auto. Marteen got me in for an oil change right on time at 115pm. The complete oil change was done within 30 minutes, the tires rotated, and the check oil light reset. I am so impressed with their prices, services, and friendly staff that I will be back every time. The shop owner checked the brakes and tire wear and gave me great advice for future service if needed. All of the staff were absolutely outstanding and helpful. read more

12-2018 Roca (formerly Ted and Bobs) misdiagnosed my car charging me a $1050 repair that did NOT fix the issue. After 5 visits and still no resolution I took it to another mechanic who found they replaced something that was not the issue. I asked Roca to be fair and issue a refund on the labor offering to pay for the parts that they should have lost money on due to poor work on their part. They declined. I will NEVER take my car back here nor recommend to anyone EVER. They also charge $90 hour for labor. WAY above the norm. If you need car service go to HiTech. They are amazing. read more

So I brought my car with an issue. The issue being that it had been starting up a little rough. Well long story short, after spending $700 and 2 days worth of time the problem still persists, so I took it back to them explaining how things really didn't change at all and its still starting rough. So what do they do? They keep my car all day and just test drive it around town and didn't do a single thing. I'd also like to add that I had mentioned several times of concerns with the timing belt on my car and not once was it checked. Still having the same issues. Not to mention that when i went to pick up my car they quote me a $1050 repair for suspension, totally unrelated to my issue. They are knowledgeable about their trade, offer very fair prices and are always very sweet and understanding. When my check engine light came on they spent hours testing the lines and engine to see what was wrong and only charged me for the labor - gave me the replacement part! I refuse to take my car anywhere else. What I like most is that they are a small community business that has been in the area for over 50 years. They are family owned and operated. My first experience here was getting my tail light changed. I came because they were the most inexpensive place that was gonna charge me and could get it done very quickly. I decided to come back for my oil change and again, was very pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive and quickly they work. However, the moment I became a forever customer is when I came in to get an estimate to fix a bad scratch on my car. I was quoted a price that felt like it was too good to be true and was told it would take about a week, which I didn't mind because it is standard wait time for a paint job. Fast forward it only took two days and the final product was better than I could have dreamed of! The staff in the front are very patient and kind the mechanic that did my paint job was so nice and he did an unbelievable job. I wish I could thank them all day. My first impression was that they were very friendly. They took a look at my car within about an hour even without an appointment, which i appreciated. After a thorough look over, they came back with answers and an estimate. I had them do the work and was charged less than the original estimate which made me feel they were honest about the time they put into labor.
