He sent out one of his guys who climbed all over our roof and gave us a very reasonable quote for a few hundred dollars. The company that had come out the day before (large billboard on 105) had quoted us $5,000-7,000(!) to basically rebuild our roof. So we hired Saxon, his guy came out the next day, did everything and then went on to paint all the vent stacks and fireplace flashing. Since then our leak is completely gone and the roof looks better than it ever did. We will hire these guys for anything roof related from now on.

Shopping here is not a consumer friendly experience. This company does not display prices on any…read moreitems. There were hundreds of choices for porcelain flooring tile which was inviting but that makes me think they don't have the volume of business to lock in purchasing prices.

Had to reschedule our official measurements and she took care of that for us no problem. Followed up to make sure I had all the information I needed. Best thing was when we first went in is that she made sure we knew exactly what to look for in flooring even if we decided to go with another company. Was told that it may be three weeks for install but we got a call for scheduling the next day and a week and half later later the install was done. Installers were very good and courteous. Other than the white dust (this is to be expected if you are removing tile) from tile demolition everything was very clean upon their departure. The only thing that stunk (and I knew this when I signed the contract) is that they will yank your toilets out but not reinstall them. Thankfully my installer knew how to do this and was nice enough to show me what needed to be done and what to buy to do the job. They also put the toilets close to where I needed them so I didn't have to carry them through the house. Toilets are heavy so have someone help lift it into place. Ultimately re-installing the toilets cost me about $8 for two new wax rings at Home Depot.

They made it right though and redid the portions that needed adjusted and reinstalled. As far as the master bathroom granite, they suggested I use a remnant to save money. I got a deal I am happy with. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I had to make myself available to be home more than necessary. They have done a good job and I will continue to use them if I decide to put granite in other bathrooms.

I had only…read more2 bedrooms we wanted to replace carpet with wood flooring to match the wood flooring in the rest of the house. Most companies for such a small job would not put much effort into finding a matching floor. Scott found a great match, but when he went to order it, it had been discontinued. Not giving up, Scott sent photos of our existing floor to his vendors and asked them to bring in samples that might match. When he got them in, we went to their showroom in Conroe (which is beautiful - they have tile, wood, etc) to see what they recommended. We liked it; they ordered it, and the following week they installed it. We have had wood flooring installed in other homes, and usually an installer will just yank up the old flooring & staple down the new. The crew that this company sent came and took up the old carpet, actually re-leveled the floor with a concrete slurry & a big level, put down a plastic moisture layer, then the wood. It could not be a more perfect match!! This company was quick, professional, and very precise!...they even matched the grain of the wood to the pieces of wood from the hall. From start to finish this company and Scott in particular were awesome to work with. Deserving of their name, they are simply Excellent! I would highly recommend them for any kind of flooring work.

Primo was quick to respond to our initial request and provided a detailed and professional construction plan along with a 3-dimensional model of what the finished project would look like. Kevin and his team were able to quickly answer any questions that we had and provided a quotation within 2 days. Primo handled all the inspections and permits required for the Woodlands Association approval. Primo built a new 500 sqft gabled patio with a 7' wide wood burning (gas light assist) fireplace along with sitting benches on each side. The fireplace, benches and supporting posts are finished in natural stone veneer with a "dry stack" installation. The floor was constructed with Belgard Origins pavers in a Crab Orchard color. The ceiling was finished with a cedar tongue and groove finish along with a pony wall and cedar collar ties. To finish the project, Primo also installed new cedar fencing in the back yard. We are 100% completely satisfied with the workmanship and responsiveness of Primo Outdoor Living. They finished the project on time and were completely transparent with all aspects of the construction. In our opinion, Primo has an outstanding team that completed the project as agreed on. Kevin (owner) was at our site every morning to answer our questions and oversee the construction progress. The Primo construction crew were dependable and arrived early every morning. They did not require any micromanagement whatsoever. David, Juan, Jaime, Chealbi and the rest of the Primo staff are outstanding, easy to work with and can be counted on to do the right thing. We will definitely be using Primo on future outdoor projects.

I had 6 boxes of unused, unopened tile and they will not allow me to return it. While it does say that on my receipt after I purchased, I feel they should of verbally explained that to me before I ordered. I would of ordered less, then ordered more later if needed or I would of taken my business elsewhere.

They gave me a 2 hour window for arrival and were a bit late but went right to work and diagnosed and fixed the problem. We have an old gas fireplace and to start it the front screen and a trim piece have to be removed. They offered to install a remote starter which they did. Now I can light it without removing the screen and it works like a charm. I'm sorry I don't recall their names but the two guys were very professional and friendly and I highly recommend this company if you need work done on your fireplace.
